As I glanced at my watch, reality hit me like a wave. Time had slipped away, and I knew I had to go. A mix of reluctance and disappointment washed over me; I wished I could stay here, wrapped in this moment, sharing ideas and laughter with Jake.

"I should probably get going," I said, trying to mask the heaviness in my voice.

His smile faltered for a second, a bittersweet expression crossing his face. It was as if he felt the same tug of wanting to linger, to keep the conversation flowing. "Oh, really? I was hoping we could talk a bit more."

"I know," I replied, my heart sinking. "But I promise I'll be back tomorrow."

"Same time, same place?" he asked, his eyes sparkling with hope.

"Definitely," I assured him, feeling a flicker of excitement. We shared a moment of silence, both savoring the connection we'd formed.

"Take care, Sunghoon" he said softly.

"See you tomorrow, Jake," I replied, forcing myself to turn away, though my feet felt heavy. As I walked away, I couldn't shake the feeling that my heart was still anchored to that spot beneath the oak tree.

My mind was a swirl of thoughts about him. He was so simple yet so captivating. I remembered the way he had looked-wrapped in his white sweater and cozy pants, his charming smile illuminating the chilly morning. It struck me how his personality shone just as brightly as his appearance, radiating warmth and kindness.

I couldn't help but think about how much he loved children. His passion for storytelling and his desire to inspire made him even more remarkable. I felt a surge of anticipation at the thought of our next meeting, my heart quickening at the prospect of diving deeper into her world.

Tomorrow couldn't come soon enough. As I drove away, I found myself smiling, my thoughts still filled with his laughter and the promise of what lay ahead.

Jake's POV

I parked my bicycle in front of my small but beautiful house, the garden bursting with color just beyond my view. Inside, everything was tidy, reflecting the little details I loved. I dropped my bag and flopped onto my bed, the sunlight spilling through the curtains, warming the space.

Lying there, my mind drifted back to Sunghoon. Our second meeting in the garden felt like a twist of fate, but running into him again was something entirely unexpected. I can't believe how much I enjoyed talking with him. He had a quiet nature that drew me in, and I found myself captivated by the way he spoke about photography. Each flower, each moment captured-he made it all feel significant.

I couldn't shake the memory of his smile, how it brightened when he shared his thoughts. It's amazing how someone can feel so familiar after just one conversation. The idea of meeting him again tomorrow filled me with excitement. What would we talk about?

Tomorrow would be our third meeting. I can't wait to see him again. The idea of exploring the garden with him, sharing our thoughts about flowers and life, made my heart race. There was something special about this connection, and I wanted to dive deeper into it.

As evening settled in, I picked up my notebook and began to write down my thoughts. Each word was infused with the excitement of what was to come. This is just the beginning. Tomorrow can't come soon enough.
