It was a rare day off during the season, and Lando was sitting in the bright, modern interview room at one of the F1 promotional events. Surrounded by his closest friends from the paddock—Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz, and Oscar Piastri—Lando was feeling surprisingly relaxed. The room was filled with the usual energy of an F1 press day, with cameras flashing and reporters scribbling away in their notebooks. But this time, it was a bit different; it was less about the usual racing questions and more of a fun, lighthearted fan Q&A.

Lando had always enjoyed these events. He loved interacting with fans, hearing their questions, and making them laugh. But today, there was something more personal about the event. It wasn't just the usual questions about tire strategies or race results; today, the fans had the chance to ask something more intimate.

The panel was made up of Lando, Charles, Carlos, and Oscar, sitting side by side on the sleek black chairs, all laughing and joking with each other. They'd just finished answering a few general questions, mostly about their favorite tracks, the funniest moments in the paddock, and what they did to unwind between races. The energy was light, with a little bit of banter between the drivers, especially as Charles playfully teased Lando about his recent social media posts.

As the crowd's excitement reached a high point, a young fan in the front row raised their hand eagerly. "Hi, I have a question for all of you," they said, her voice enthusiastic. "I've been following you guys for a long time, and I just wanted to know—what do you think of Lando and Lily? Do you think they make a good couple?"

Lando's smile froze for a split second. He wasn't expecting a question about his relationship with Lily, especially not in front of his friends and a whole room of fans. But, to his surprise, Charles was the first to respond.

"Well, I think it's pretty obvious that Lando is completely smitten with her," Charles said with a smirk, glancing over at Lando, who couldn't help but chuckle nervously.

Carlos, who had been listening quietly, leaned in and added, "Honestly, I've never seen Lando so happy. Lily's definitely got him wrapped around her finger. But in the best way, of course."

Lando felt his face flush, both from the attention and from his friends' teasing. He glanced at Oscar, who hadn't said anything yet.

Oscar gave a small shrug and a playful smile. "I mean, if Lando is happy, then I'm happy for him. Plus, Lily's great. She fits in perfectly with all of us."

The crowd reacted with a few cheers and claps, clearly enjoying the lighthearted atmosphere. Lando could feel his friends' support, but he couldn't help but feel a bit embarrassed at the attention. It wasn't that he didn't want to talk about Lily—it was just that he was used to keeping their relationship relatively private. Sure, he'd posted a few pictures on Instagram and shared some moments with her, but this was different.

Trying to regain some control of the situation, Lando turned to the crowd with a grin. "Well, I'll admit, she's definitely made my life better. But I guess you all can see that for yourselves." He gave a little shrug. "We're just really happy."

There was a pause as the room settled into a soft murmur of approval, and then a few fans from the back shouted out some cheers. Lando looked over at Charles, Carlos, and Oscar, who were all nodding along with knowing smiles.

"I think we all know Lando is a bit of a softie when it comes to Lily," Carlos said, laughing. "He's always the one running to get her coffee or making sure she's okay. It's nice to see him so... relaxed."

"I mean, when you find someone like Lily, you just want to be there for them," Lando added, his voice growing a little more sincere. "She's amazing. I'm lucky."

Charles couldn't help himself. "I think we all need someone like Lily in our lives," he said with a teasing wink. "Lando's not the only one who deserves someone special."

The fans laughed, clearly enjoying the dynamic between the drivers. It was rare to see them like this—joking around, not about racing but about their personal lives. Lando could feel the warmth of the moment, knowing that he had the support of his closest friends.

"So, to answer your question," Oscar said with a smile, "Lando and Lily are definitely a good match. We all approve."

The crowd erupted into cheers, and Lando couldn't help but feel a little more at ease. He'd always known that Lily was the one for him, and hearing his friends say it out loud in front of the world made him realize how lucky he was.

"Thanks, guys," Lando said with a sheepish smile. "And to the fan who asked the question—thank you for making me blush."

As the room quieted down and the interview continued, Lando couldn't help but think about Lily and how lucky he was to have her by his side. It wasn't always easy being in the spotlight, but with her, he felt like he could handle anything—even his friends' teasing.
