"Here's one of her and Mia from that podcast episode," Charles said, pointing to a photo of the two of them laughing together. "They look like they're having a blast!"
Lando's thoughts turned back to their earlier interactions. "Mia seems to really get her. I'm glad she has someone like that in her corner," he said, a hint of longing in his voice.
Carlos noticed the shift in Lando's tone and smirked. "You're really into her, huh? I mean, look at you, all quiet and thoughtful."
"Shut up," Lando shot back, but he couldn't hide the smile tugging at his lips. "I just think she's really talented and strong. I respect her for being honest about her feelings."
Charles scrolled through more photos, finally stopping on a shot of Lily with her dog, an adorable Golden Retriever, playfully tugging at her scarf. "This is so cute! She seems like such a genuine person."
"Yeah, she is," Lando said, his heart softening. "I wish I could get her to see how great she is."
Carlos looked at Lando, his expression shifting to something more serious. "You know, if you really like her, you should show her. It's not just about asking her out; it's about being there for her. Sometimes people need to see that you're willing to stick around, no matter how tough things get."
Lando nodded, appreciating Carlos's perspective. "You're right. I need to give her space, but I also want her to know that I'm here. I just don't want to push her."
"Let's keep looking," Charles said, scrolling further. "This is definitely a good way to understand her. The more we know, the better you can approach her."
