The morning sun streamed through the windows as Lando, Lily, and Gemma prepared for another eventful day. Gemma, now full of excitement about going to school, had her little backpack slung over her shoulders. She held her dad's hand tightly, her other hand clutching a drawing she had made the night before.

"Ready to go, sweetheart?" Lando asked, kneeling down to her level.

"Yes, Daddy!" Gemma chirped. "Can we show my teacher my drawing?"

"Of course," Lando replied with a smile. "She's going to love it."

Lily adjusted her long skirt and smoothed out her cute top in the mirror, giving herself a final glance before heading out. "I'm going to stop by the bathroom really quickly. You two go ahead, and I'll meet you in Gemma's classroom."

Lando nodded, scooping Gemma into his arms. "Let's get going, Gem!"

As they arrived at the classroom, Lando set Gemma down and helped her find her cubby. The classroom buzzed with kids laughing and chatting, and Lando's tall, athletic figure didn't go unnoticed among the teachers and parents dropping off their children. Wearing a fitted tank top that showed off his toned arms, he unintentionally turned heads.

Gemma ran over to her teacher, a kind, middle-aged woman named Ms. Walker, and handed her the drawing. Lando watched proudly from the side, unaware of the attention he was drawing from one of the younger teachers, Miss Bradley.

Miss Bradley, dressed in a sleek pencil skirt and blouse, pretended to sort through papers at her desk while sneaking glances at Lando. Her eyes lingered a little too long on his broad shoulders and easy smile as he knelt to help Gemma with her things.

"Gemma, do you want to show Daddy where you sit?" Ms. Walker asked, bringing Lando back into focus.

"Yes!" Gemma grabbed Lando's hand and pulled him toward the tiny chairs. Lando crouched down, his size making the furniture look comically small. He grinned and gave Gemma a high-five.

Miss Bradley took the opportunity to approach. "Good morning," she said with a bright smile. "You must be Gemma's dad. I'm Miss Bradley, one of the other teachers here."

Lando stood, offering a polite smile. "Hi, nice to meet you. I'm Lando."

Miss Bradley's smile widened. "You have a beautiful daughter. She seems so sweet."

"Thank you," Lando replied, glancing at Gemma, who was happily chatting with her classmates. "She loves it here."

Miss Bradley's tone turned flirtatious. "Well, if she ever needs anything—or if you do—don't hesitate to ask."

Before Lando could respond, Lily entered the classroom, her long skirt swishing as she walked, with her hand on her baby bump. She immediately noticed the interaction. Calm but protective, she walked over and slipped her arm around Lando's.

"Hi, I'm Lily," she said warmly, though her eyes flickered with a subtle warning.

Miss Bradley hesitated, her smile faltering just slightly. "Nice to meet you," she said, her tone losing some of its earlier enthusiasm.

Lando, oblivious to the tension, smiled. "Gemma's all set for the day."

Lily glanced down at Gemma, who waved excitedly. "Have a great day, sweetheart. We'll see you later."

As they left the classroom, Lily leaned closer to Lando, whispering, "You might want to wear something less... revealing next time. You were definitely the center of attention in there."

Lando laughed, shaking his head. "Jealous?"

"Protective," Lily corrected with a smirk, giving his arm a playful squeeze.

They headed out, hand in hand, ready to tackle the rest of their day.
