Taylor's pov

"Tay, stop pacing." Travis said, sitting on the couch and following me with his eyes as I paced back and forth.

"I'm just nervous and pissed and disappointed and sad and nervous and-" I was cut off when Travis grabbed my hand and pulled me down on the couch next to him. "I know you are, but pacing back and forth with the bottle in your hand isn't gonna make her get here faster."

I sighed but remained quiet, dropping my head on his Travis' chest and putting my legs over his lap. "Hey, Trav." I spoke back up a few seconds later.

"Hm?" Travis replied, rubbing his hand over my back slowly.

"Maybe you shouldn't be in the room when Liz gets here." I said and Travis looked at me with a raised eyebrow. "Oh, uh, okay. Why?"

I shrugged. "I mean, she hasn't even known you for twenty-four hours and I don't want her to just shut down and refuse to say anything because you're in the room. She just started to warm up to me more, so it'll probably just be easier." I explained.

"Okay." Travis agreed. "But... do you mind not telling her that I found the bottle under her bed? I don't want her to hate me 'cause of it. I would like her to actually like me."

Taylor nodded. "Deal."

As if on cue, the door opened and Liz's voice echoed through the house. "Taylor! Taylor's boyfriend! I'm home!"

I stood around outside of the school, looking for a black suv.

"Is your mom picking you up today?" Adam asked, walking up next to me.

"She was but I got a text earlier that said her bodyguard, Drew, was gonna pick me up. Not sure why." I replied, shrugging and adjusting the straps on my backpack.

"Oh, okay. Well I guess I'll leave you to it, bye Liz! See you on Monday!" Adam said, walking away.

"Bye!" I called after him before looking and finally seeing the black suv. I walked towards it and hopped in. "Hey, Drew!" I greeted the bodyguard.

"Hey, Liz. How was school?" Drew asked, adjusting the rear view mirror real fast.

"Good. Nothing too interesting." I shrugged. "Do you know why you were asked to pick me up? I thought Taylor was."

"Not sure." Drew replied, focusing his eyes on the road. "She just texted me and asked if I could pick you up."

"Oh, okay." I replied, sitting back in my seat. "Hey, Drewwwwwww." I stressed out, leaning back up over the center console. "Hm?" He replied.

"Can I play my music?" I asked. Drew sighed but gave me the cord so I could connect my phone. I hit shuffle on my playlist and the first song that played was Juno by Sabrina Carpenter.

"Whole package, babe, I like the way you fit. God bless your dad's genetics." I sang and watched Drew's eyebrows furrow.

"Wanna try out my fuzzy pink handcuffs?" I continued and Drew glanced at me with horror. "You should not be listening to this kind of stuff." He said.

I ignored him, continuing to sing my heart out as Drew sighed.

When we arrived at home, I hopped out of the car and walked up to the door. When I opened the door, it was awfully quiet. I glanced around as I walked through the hallway before deciding to call out and see if someone answers.

"Taylor! Taylor's boyfriend! I'm home!" I called out, not getting an answer in return. I walked into the living room and saw Taylor sitting on the couch. "Hi Taylor." I greeted her and she stood up from the couch, turning to face me.
