                            Elizabeth's pov

I stayed in my room for a while, wanting to give Taylor as much space as possible for a while. Every once in a while, I would stick my head out of the room to see if Taylor was still playing away in her music room, and she was. For hours. Which only really meant one thing, I definitely screwed up.

I just didn't get it, this is Taylor Swift that we're talking about. Legendary pop-star, icon. Someone who has no time to deal with fucked up teenagers. Which begs the question, why is she acting like she cares about me?

I'm not saying that Taylor is too cool and big to care about people, but a random teenager she found cry outside of a fucking Walmart? Hell no.

This all just feels like a fever dream. I've loved Taylor Swift since I was a little girl, and now I'm sleeping in her house and getting into arguments with her because she's trying to act like my mom. I always thought that I was fine being by myself, like I didn't need a mom or a dad. I was content with loneliness. But I have to admit, it feels kinda nice to get in trouble for doing stuff like this. It just shows that Taylor cares enough to not want me to injure my body or anything. And that makes me feel special, weirdly enough.

It wasn't until around ten o'clock that the sound of the piano and guitar stopped. Okay. Maybe now is my chance. I padded towards my door and crept out, headed towards Taylor's room.

When I got to the door. A very small light shined from under the door, meaning that the lights were off but the lamp was on, so I should still be good.

I gently knocked on the door and let out a sigh, the nerves suddenly creeping in.

It was silent for a few seconds before Taylor softly replied. "Come in."

I opened the door quietly and saw Taylor and Travis in bed, sitting up with their backs against the bed frame. They were snuggled close together, like they were whispering to each other. Taylor just glanced up at me when I walked in since she was already facing the door. Travis on the other hand, turned his head to look at me as I stepped farther into the room.

"Did you get any new songs or melodies written? you were in there for a while." Travis asked, sliding into the bed next to me and instantly sliding as close as he could, putting arm behind my back.

I closed my book and set it on my nightstand, turning to face him. "I mean, not really. I just kind of played. I wasn't trying to create anything new. I was just playing my feelings out." I explained, brushing a strand of hair out of my face.

"Oh, okay." Travis nodded, reaching over to gently kiss my lips. "And did you accomplish in getting those feelings out?"

"Hm, maybe a little bit. But I can think of a few other ideas that could help me get some feelings out." I teased, leaning back over to reconnect our lips in a more heated kiss.

I muffled a moan against Travis' mouth as he placed a hand on my thigh, squeezing gently.

Our moment of intimacy was cut off when a knock came at the door. I reluctantly broke off our kiss to call out. "Come in."

A few seconds later, the door knob turned and then opened, followed by Liz peaking her head in.

Travis and I both looked at the cold as Liz stepped in slowly. "Uhm, hi."
