-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Borhart had just woken up from his nap to find that his father and Bagdwella were chatting in the living room. Little did Borhart know that after months of dating, Bagdwella invited Bular and of course Borhart to live with her. Bagdwella's home was surprisingly more comfortable than their old home despite it being a little smaller. Borhart looked up and happily babbled when his father picked him up from his little bassinet. Bular nuzzled Borhart then handed him to Bagdwella. Everyone was surprised that Borhart had grown fond of Bagdwella rather quickly ...almost as if... he saw Bagdwella as his mother. Borhart took a glance at his father, confused of why his father and Bagdwella were acting odd.
Borhart just looked around in boredom as his father and Bagdwella just talked for hours with no worry of the outside world. Borhart was happy with what he had, his father, a warm home, plenty to eat, and another troll he considered to be his family. Besides Blinky and Aaarrrgghh care for him, the only two trolls he felt were his parents were Bular and Badgwella. As far as he was aware of they were his parents not the ones who gave him life. It was the first thought Borhart had on the night of his birth. Bular was always there for him since day one. And Bagdwella helped him get rid of this feeling that something was missing.
Unbeknownst to Borhart, Bular and Bagdwella were considering whether or not they should have Bagdwella be Borhart's god mother. It seemed too fast into the relationship for the couple but Bagdwella had grown to love and care for Borhart the same way Bular had. Bagdwella also considered to maybe... introduce Borhart to his birth mother. Naturally, Bular was against the idea of having Britta near Borhart let alone have her meet the son she abandoned from birth.
" Even if I agree to this what makes you think ...she... wants to see Borhart after everything that has happened. You told me so yourself Dwelly, Britta herself feels ashamed of what she had done. So if we ask her she'll immediately decline our offer over and over again for decades if not centuries...or for the rest of her days."
Bagdwella sighed heavily, heeding Bular's words. There was also the fact that Borhart may not want to meet his birth mother once he was old enough to learn the truth of his origins. Bular felt a warmth in his chest as he watched Bagdwella affectionately playing with Borhart in a attempt to distract him. Perhaps... Borhart already has a mother now... It will take some time but maybe one day they could become a true family. Just the three of them for now and maybe more in the future. Right now Bular was just happy to be with his son and Bagdwella in his new peaceful life. No matter how long it took for him and Bagdwella to feel ready to settle down.
