A Race To Kings (Hiccup x Reader) On Hold

Important A/n

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year.

Now I apologize for not bringing the next chapter of the book out this month, and probably not anytime soon. I'm not discontinuing the book or anything, but it will be on hold for now.

I'm not exactly happy with how this book is progressing, and the story isn't shaping into how I envisioned it. Therefore, I am going to rewrite or refine parts of it for better flow, clarity, and to try and fix any grammatical errors.

If there are going to be noticeable changes, it'll be between you and Hiccup. This is a Hiccup x Reader fanfic, and I need to go back and ensure that it still aligns while I implement the other stories into the book.

I apologize for any inconveniences; the book itself will still be available to read. Even so, I'll mark the finished chapters like so: °▪︎:Chapter 1:▪︎°.

The symbol °•▪︎::▪︎•° will indicate that I have fixed or edited the chapters, so you can go back and reread them.

Now I wish I could tell you when I'll restart or be back, but I honestly can't.

Something that happened rather suddenly in my life has dampened my motivations to do much of anything.

I don’t want to go into details, but to put it simply terms, car accidents are a daily, recurring occurrence, and losing a loved one to one is incredibly hard—especially around the holidays. So, while I promise to come back to this book, I won’t be making much, if any, progress any time soon.

I'm currently processing everything and trying to be there for my family while holding myself together over the loss me and my family are going through. I apologize for these delays, and I will be back to work on this book in time. I just can't be sure when.
