A/n: Alright, I think I have a plan, but if things are unevenly paced from here on out, I apologize. Especially if some chapters start feeling rushed.
I'll probably stop updating monthly so I can try and iron out the ideas I have to avoid that problem. So I don't know when I'll update the next chapter.
This is unless the 'short stories' are voted on. I offered them as filler, but if there is no interest, then I won't put the effort into them.
Anyways I hope you enjoy this chapter.
Parts of it are bits and pieces of another episode from RTTE, but it doesn't heavily influence the chapter.
Enjoy.Y/n sighed, exhausted. Daymos and Malani had been mixing and mixing trying to figure out what to do. Y/n would've been helping if she didn't inject the toxic into her. If there was one thing Y/n was able to confirm was that it wasn't going to kill her or her dragon. Well, it won't as long as they eat and stay hydrated.
Snuggling down into her arms, Y/n's eyes drifted around the room. Her eye sight was significantly darker, and everything was fuzzy. The silence she heard was deafening. Not being able to hear anything was the worst thing to her as it was like a constant high pitch ringing. Oddly her sense of smell wasn't the best either, but she did discover she could smell something if it was strong enough.
Closing her eyes, Y/n pressed a little harder to the table. She felt the vibrations around her. She felt it through the table and floor, but she wasn't every sure of what each one was. Dragons? People? She didn't know.
Sighing, Y/n slowly stood and grabbed the stick Mala provided for her. Y/n was able to moved around the room with it. Slowly, Y/n moved from her seat to the bed. She wasn't sure of the time, or when someone would be back to give her water and food. Slipping into the bed, Y/n's body eased.
She hoped sleep would find her soon. She hoped there would be a cure before Hiccup came to check on her. The last thing she wanted was him fretting over her too. If Daymos and and Malani didn't, maybe Odysseus and Cherry will. Y/n just hoped Ares doesn't tell her brother about her condition. That'd only make this worse.
Y/n eyes had been staring blankly at the wall as she pulled the blankets over her. She winced as her knees curled. She was so cold, and her body hurt all over. Her head had started to throb. She suddenly felt sick.
"Oh gods.. Malani, she's showing the same symptoms!" Daymos called out to her before rushing over to Y/n.
Y/n didn't hear what was said. It sounded too much like they were underwater. She felt herself being sat up as she vomited. She wondered if it was Malani or Daymos that was holding her steady. Maybe Mala.
Y/n stomach tightened as she vomited again. She hoped it wasn't Hiccup. She prayed he wouldn't see her like this. When she vomited again, she felt woozy. Then she felt herself slip into a darkness, and her awareness left her.
"Y/n? Y/n?! Shit.."

"She what?!"
Ares's grimaced as Salem threw his hands up pacing.
"I mean, did none of you try and stop her?" Salem turned on him. "She--"
"Sal, calm. We have the toxin. I'm sure I can figure it out," Odysseus assured. "In the meantime, you should take care of Cherry. If she starts having any trouble or pain, let me know."
Salem had taken a breath and left. It was evident he was worried, but he wasn't the only one.
"She reported her lack of vision as blurry and dim?"
Ares gave a nod seeing Odysseus eyes holding a fear. Fear of losing someone. Odysseus always held this fear. It was a look so many healers held.
"Can't hear and can hardly smell?"
