~15 years later~
It's been 15 years since Bill and I have been married with 2 wonderful children. Andrew, very intelligent, into the paranormal. Myst, a little trouble maker who is into demonic things and has never cried, ever... she just laughs.
"Hey um... dad?" Andrew asks
"Hey Andrew," I say not looking up from my computer
"Um... c-can I tell you something?"
"Of course buddy," I say still not looking up
"As you know... I skipped a grade and I'm a junior now... a-and we have prom coming up... so... I- I uh... Just wanted to tell you I got a... A date."
"Oh congrats Andrew! Who's the lucky lady?" Myst asks
"MYST GO AWAY! THIS IS BETWEEN ME AND DAD!" He yells
"Okay, ill just go hang out with 2." she says walking out and finding Bill
"Well who is she?" I ask
"Well... it's Aaron." he blurts
"Oh, Erin DeShong?" I say
"No dad, A-a-r-o-n." he spells it out
"Aaron Landreth..." I say
"Yeah..."
"So that's why you didn't want her here!" I smile
"What?"
"Andrew you have 2 dads and it didn't click with you that if you were gay we support you 100% percent?!" I laugh
"Well... No."
"SURPRISE! AUTIE MABEL IS HERE!"Mabel yells walking in
"Aunt Mabel!" Andrew says running to her and giving her a hug
"Oh Andrew! you've gotten so tall!" she says looking up at him
"Haha, yep!" he laughs
"Ma!" Must says
"My!" Mabel says running to Myst
They hugged and bill walked in,
"S.s"
"B.c."
They both grin and high five
We all stood there hugging each others
Like a family should.
