Dear Readers,
Thank you for the awesome feedback. I am truly grateful.
The next update is on SATURDAY 8 AM, if the feedback comes back before 8 PM FRIDAY If the feedback is not available by that time the updates will be skipped.
My parents have come for a surprise visit. I will be taking a few days off Wattpad. Since i have to send the books for digital rights transfer, I will remove both witness and Guide on December 1st.
Phoenix will be removed 24 hours after it has been marked finished. Only a few chapters are remaining. I will definitely finish the book on Wattpad before removing it. Thank you for your love and support. Most likely Phoenix will be wrapped up by December 5 or 7th.
Active feedback is a must.
The sound of Arnav's laughter filled the cottage as he was chased around the house by his father. The boy gave Maan a run for his money, making him dance to his tunes. It was past his bedtime, but he refused to rest.
"Aru, bas, bacha. (Aru that's enough, bachcha.)" Maan stooped, trying to catch his breath. The boy could run for Olympics if he so chose. It was impossible to catch up to him. "Let's get you into bed."
Arnav flashed him a wicked smile. "Nope. You catch me, then I will get into the bed officer. Remember I am the thief and you are the police officer. Nail me down first."
Maan heart's skipped a beat when Arnav climbed up the TV unit and perched himself on the top shelf. It was a good nine feet from the ground. If the boy fell he would break his neck.
"What are you doing, Aryan? Why did you climb there? GET DOWN NOW."
"Nope" Aru giggled. "You have to catch me, dad. Come on get me" Arnav wiggled a little to make himself comfortable. The entire wall unit shook with him, terrifying Maan. All he could see was the distance between Arnav and the ground.
"Aru, be a good boy and climb down, beta. You will fall."
Arnav shook his head. He was a very stubborn kid, in that he entirely took after Arjun. If Maan was not used to Arjun's theatics and stubbornness, Arnav's behavior would have left him feeling lost. Maan however was better prepared.
