Dear Readers,

The early morning sunrays streamed through the window, gently bathing Arjun in a warm, golden light, awakening him to the promise of a new day. Arjun stretched himself lazily on the bed. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee made him smile. He knew the smell of his coffee in his heart. He could kill to have a cup.
Before he could get down from the couch, Aakanksha walked into the hall with his coffee. A small smile graced Arjun's lips. It was forever since someone had greeted him with a cup of coffee. He annoyed Roohi to no end to get the morning coffee, but the natural warmth was always missing. He knew he could not expect anyone to greet him with the warmth that he was accustomed to, but at the same time he missed it.
"Good morning, Bhabhi." Arjun greeted shyly. They were still bonding. He was still reluctant to take liberties with her. "I would have come to the kitchen."
"It's okay, Arjun. Relax" Aakaksha gave him a warm smile. "It's not my style to serve coffee on bed, but Maan wanted you to have it. So I am playing the server."
Arjun smiled. Her honesty always warmed his heart. "Bhaiya kaha hai? (Where is Bhaiya?)"
"Karan called. He had to leave in a hurry. He made breakfast for us."
Arjun checked his watch. It was six thirty in the morning. He had overslept. "Shit! I should be at home. Abhi will leave for school...."
"Freshen up. I will have breakfast ready. Abhi's school starts at 8, you have enough time."
Arjun bobbed his head. He wanted to hurry, but he made sure to enjoy his coffee. It still tasted the same.
"Your brother makes the best coffee in the world" Aakanksha's eyes softened. "Now scoot before you get late."
Arjun could not agree more.
