Dear Readers,

Thank you for the feedback.

To receive the next update, tomorrow same time, the feedback has to come in by 2 AM. I need time to rework on the draft. Genuine feedback is appreciated. Please note the work will have a lot of spelling errors and name mismatches. Highlighting them is not a part of feedback that I am looking for. The book will go though a professional editor who will take care of all the errors. what I am looking for is your take on the plot, nothing else. Just tell me what you think about characters or situations. That helps me to redesign the story better.

Love

As the dusk changed to night, Ashok's worry intensified. Abhi refused to come down for dinner. Ash tried her best, but the boy told her he was not hungry. Even Roohi failed to get the boy down. No matter what they said, Abhi refused to open the door.

"Shall I call Karan and ask him to inform Bhaiya?" Ash spoke under her breath so only Ashok could hear here. Roohi was pacing the hall in frustration. The boy was testing everyone's patience.

Ashok shook his head. Abhi adored Maan, it seemed unfair to tell on him. If Arjun was there he would have known how to coax the boy, but now they were on their own.

"Have your dinner, Ash." Roohi stopped pacing and looked at her. "There is no use stressing yourself. The Brat is rooting for a punishment. Once Arjun is back home he will put him in his place. He knows he is well loved, that is why he is acting stubborn."

Ash shook her head. "He is a teenager, Roohi, and for the first time he is behaving his age. If this happened a year ago, Abhi would have not argued with dad. He would have come down when we called him. He would have suffered in silence."

Roohi nodded her head in agreement. The boy had indeed come a long way. She was proud, but at the same time she did not appreciate the stubborn behavior. Ash was in no state to skip meals. The boy needed to let go of his stubbornness and eat.

"Skipping meals is not allowed in this house, Ash. The rules should not be different for the kid."

"The rules are the same for everyone, Roohanika." Ashok said, his voice calm and composed. "The boy is agitated, but you are right. That does not give him the liberty to act out and skip meals. Have the dinner served, I will get him down."
