Two days later, the soft hum of holiday music played in the background as Felix moved about his cozy apartment. He stood at the counter, carefully folding dumplings while the scent of spices filled the air. His thoughts drifted, like they often did when he was alone.

The past few days have been... different.

Felix smiled softly, recalling the warmth of the pack's home, the way the alphas fussed over him, and the comfortable chaos of their movie night. It felt so natural, like he belonged there, and the thought made his chest tighten in the best way possible.

Just as he placed the last dumpling on the tray, his phone buzzed loudly against the countertop. Felix wiped his hands and picked it up, Minho's name lighting up the screen.

"Hyung?" he answered, curious.

"Get ready," Minho's smooth voice came through, laced with playful authority. "We're going on a date. How long do you need?"

Felix froze, the phone pressed tightly to his ear. "A date?"

"Yes, kitten. A date," Minho said with an amused chuckle. "How long?"

"Uh..." Felix hesitated, his heart racing. "Give me two hours."

Though he couldn't see it, Minho's smirk was practically audible. "Perfect." The line clicked, leaving Felix blinking at his phone.

Felix stood in front of the mirror, scrutinizing every detail. He'd pulled out his favorite outfit: a soft cream sweater tucked into dark, tailored pants that accentuated his slim frame.

Next came the makeup. Felix started with a light foundation but not enough to cover his freckles, blending it until his skin looked flawless. He added a touch of rosy blush to his cheeks, giving him a healthy glow. For his eyes, he opted for a warm, shimmery shadow that made his brown eyes pop, carefully blending the colors to perfection. A thin line of brown eyeliner and a few coats of clear mascara gave his lashes a nice flair.

Finally, he swiped on a tinted lip balm, leaving his lips soft and slightly glossy. Stepping back, Felix assessed his reflection. His makeup was subtle yet polished, and he couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement as he grabbed his coat.

Just as he was about to head out, a knock sounded at his door.

Opening the door, Felix was greeted by Minho's signature smirk, his eyes full of warmth. Dressed in a sleek black coat and scarf, the alpha looked effortlessly handsome.

"You look amazing," Minho said, his voice dropping slightly as his gaze roamed over Felix.

Felix's cheeks flushed. "Wait here. I just need my keys and wallet."

"Leave the wallet," Minho replied casually.

"What? No, hyung, I can't--"

"You can and you will," Minho interrupted, his smirk widening.

"Minho hyung!" Felix protested, holding his ground. "I don't want you paying for everything--"

Before he could finish, Minho effortlessly scooped him up, throwing him over his shoulder.

"Hyung!" Felix yelped, lightly pounding his fists against Minho's back. "Put me down!"

Minho chuckled, clearly amused. "No wallet, no problem."

Felix whined in protest, but his stomach was a fluttering mess. Despite his playful protests, he felt safe and cared for, even as he swatted at Minho's shoulder. Finally, Minho set him down, ruffling his hair as Felix pouted up at him.

"You're impossible," Felix muttered, though his lips twitched with the hint of a smile.

"And you love it," Minho quipped, taking Felix's hand and interlocking their fingers.

Felix began purring softly, the sound involuntary but soothing. Minho glanced down, his expression softening as he admired his omega.

"Where are we going?" Felix asked, tilting his head.

Minho smirked. "It's a surprise."

...

Felix stared in disbelief as they arrived at an outdoor ice rink. The place was bustling with people, the twinkling lights above casting a festive glow over the scene.

"Hyung," Felix said, turning to Minho. "Why are we here? You don't even know how to ice skate! What if you die?"

Minho burst out laughing at Felix's dramatics. "I'm not going to die, kitten."

Felix crossed his arms, his lips forming a pout. "Still, this is reckless!"

"Come on," Minho coaxed, leading him toward the rental booth. "Trust me."

At first, Minho was surprisingly steady, though his movements were a bit stiff. Felix hovered nearby, clearly skeptical.

"See? I'm fine," Minho said confidently, just before wobbling slightly.

Felix stifled a laugh. "You're one step away from disaster, hyung."

Despite a few near-falls, Minho managed to stay upright. Meanwhile, Felix was a vision on the ice. He glided effortlessly, spinning and jumping with a grace that left Minho mesmerized.

Taking a break, Minho sat on a nearby bench, watching Felix. To him, Felix looked like he belonged in another world, his movements fluid and almost magical.

After a while, Minho decided to join him again, determined not to let his omega show him up. Unfortunately, his confidence was short-lived.

With an unceremonious thud, Minho landed squarely on his butt.

"Hyung!" Felix skated over, his face filled with concern. "Are you okay? Does it hurt? Where does it hurt?"

Minho pouted dramatically. "It hurts so bad, Felix. I don't think I can move."

Panic flashed across Felix's face. "Oh my god, I'm sorry! Let me help you up."

"No, I can't," Minho said, his voice full of mock anguish.

"Then what can I do? Tell me!" Felix asked, genuinely worried.

Minho smirked, leaning in closer. "Will you do anything? Are you really sorry?"

"Yes, yes! I'm so sorry!" Felix exclaimed.

Minho's grin widened as he whispered in Felix's ear, "Then kiss me." Felix blinked, his cheeks turning scarlet.

Then, to Minho's surprise, Felix grabbed his face and pressed their lips together.

Time seemed to stop. The world around them faded, leaving only the two of them. The kiss was slow, tender, and full of unspoken promises. It wasn't rushed or frantic--it was deliberate, conveying everything words couldn't: I want you, I want this.

When they finally pulled apart, both were breathless. Their foreheads touched as they stayed close, staring into each other's eyes.

"You're ridiculous," Felix whispered, though his smile betrayed his true feelings.

"And you're perfect," Minho replied, his voice soft but certain.

For a moment, it felt like time had stopped again, the world holding its breath just for them.
