The next day arrived with a sense of nervous excitement buzzing through Felix. He had barely slept the night before, his mind replaying Minho's teasing grin and Chan's firm declaration over the phone. By the time 3 p.m. rolled around, Felix was pacing his apartment, nibbling on his bottom lip. When the doorbell rang, his heart leapt, and he rushed to open it.

Chan stood there, his ever-charming smile widening when their eyes met. He looked effortlessly handsome in a simple black hoodie and ripped jeans, his signature silver chain glinting under the light. "Afternoon, sunshine," he greeted, his voice warm.

Felix flushed, already feeling the alpha's presence overwhelm him. "Hi, hyung."

Chan stepped inside, immediately wrapping Felix in a tight hug that made the younger freeze for a moment before relaxing against him. "Missed you," Chan whispered softly into his ear, making Felix's face burn.

"Hyung, it's only been a day," Felix mumbled, his voice muffled against Chan's chest.

"That's one day too many," Chan replied, pulling back just enough to cup Felix's cheek with one hand. His thumb brushed against the warm skin, and Felix swore he saw a glint of mischief in his eyes. "You're cute when you're flustered."

Felix huffed, stepping back to create some distance. "I need to get ready, hyung. Sit tight."

Chan's smirk only widened. "What if I want to help?"

Felix froze mid-step, whipping his head around to see Chan already shrugging off his hoodie to make himself comfortable on the couch. "You're not helping with anything!" Felix squeaked, practically fleeing to his room.

For the next hour, Chan entertained himself by throwing out flirtatious comments every few minutes as Felix tried to get ready. "Are you doing your makeup? Can I watch?"

"No, hyung!" Felix yelled from behind his door, trying to steady his hand as he applied eyeliner.

"I bet you look gorgeous already." Chan flirted.
"Stop distracting me!"

When Chan started knocking on the door with exaggerated sighs of boredom, Felix gave in and opened it just a crack, peering out with a glare. "You're impossible."

Chan grinned, sticking his hand through the gap to boop Felix's nose. "And you love it."

"Do not!" Felix shot back, slamming the door shut again, though the small smile tugging at his lips betrayed him.

It wasn't until 5 p.m. that Felix finally emerged, dressed in a simple but stylish outfit: a cream sweater tucked into black jeans that hugged his legs perfectly. His blond hair framed his face like a halo, and his makeup, subtle but effective, enhanced his ethereal features.

Chan let out a low whistle. "Damn, babe. You look... wow."

Felix turned bright red. "You think so?"

Chan stood, crossing the room to wrap his arms around Felix from behind. He rested his chin on the omega's shoulder, his lips brushing Felix's ear. "I know so."

Felix bit his lip to suppress a giggle. "You're too much, hyung."

"And you're just enough." Chan pressed a quick kiss to Felix's temple, causing the younger to push him away with an embarrassed laugh. "Now come on. We're going to be late."

The cinema was dimly lit and buzzing with quiet chatter as they found their seats. Felix carried the popcorn, and Chan insisted on holding the drinks, though he kept stealing glances at Felix every time he laughed at something small.
