Forest

Alistair's POV

"You can't come here anymore, Sidra," I watch as her smile drops after hearing what I said.

"W-why? Did I do something wrong?" she stuttered. "What can I do to make it better, Salvatore?"

"You didn't do anything wrong," I answered. "We can't do this anymore."

Her brows furrowed and her eyes glowed red, I guess I made her mad. "Ganoon nalang iyon, Alistair?! Pagkatapos mo akong gamitin, itatapon mo ako ng ganun nalang?!"

I reached for her hand to calm her down. "I'm sorry, Sidra. Our deal is off."

"Deal?! You still call it a deal?! I t-thought you l-loved me?"

It was my turn to be confused. Love? It was never love and we both know it. Our deal was simple.

Sex and drinking her blood doesn't mean love and she knows it too. "We had a deal, Sidra."
She slowly calmed down and nodded.

"Right..." her eyes gazed to the direction of my room as if she was sensing something... or someone.

I held her cheeks to make her look at me and distract her because Sidra is a powerful vampire too, she is not someone stupid.

"I'm sorry."

"It's okay, Alistair," she smiled and held back my cheeks but I flinched.

Fuck it, I felt like I have sinned my mate.

She was about to say something when all of a sudden, the palace started to flood. For fuck's sake it looked like the ocean was brought inside my fucking lair.

I heard Sidra screaming because she got taken by the flood so I had no choice but to hold her hand or else she would get thrown.

"For fuck's sake, Rhiannon," I whispered under my breath because no one... except for her could summon these fucking water.

"PUTANGINA!!!"

I closed my eyes in frustration when I heard Amon's loud screams. "Amon," I called him.

"Bossing! Punyeta! Mamatay ako dahil sa baha," his voice was muffled because he was fighting for his dear life against the waters.

I sighed knowing that Amon can't help me in his situation. So even with the rushing waters trying to take control of my body, I stood strong because I was holding Sidra.

"What is happening here?" She was catching her breath. "My dress!" she yelled at the sight of her clothes.

How can I get rid of these waters?

"Hold tight, Sidra," I warned her.

I didn't have time to complain when she suddenly snaked her arms around my neck.

Fuck. Forgive me, Enchantress of Waters. Robin is going to kill me.

"Mas grabi pa yun sa baha na nangyari sa amin noon," Amon complained while he was instructing the servants to clean the whole palace. "Buti nga dito walang mga dagang lumalangoy. Sa amin noon, jusko! Nakiki langoy pa ako sa mga daga!"

My jaw was clenched all the time because when I tried to look for Robin, I realized that she had already left the palace.

Does that mean that she left me too?

"Where is she?" I wasn't looking at Amon when I asked him that. He knows exactly who I'm looking for.

"Nasa Arsamanedon boss," he answered.
