Defeat

Robin's POV

It didn't end there because minutes later, vampires started to arrive again. I was panting like crazy because of using too much of my power.

Blood was still dripping from my fresh wound.

"Kambal..." nag aalalang tawag ni Magnus sa akin ngunit tinapunan ko lang siya ng tingin. "Malaki ang sugat mo."

"It doesn't hurt."

I held my stomach, thinking that it would stop the bleeding but it didn't.

My body froze... only one person can make me feel like this, he's here already?

Umikot ako sa aking kinatatayuan at pinagmasdan ang mga bagong dating na bampira.

"Why is that idiot here?" tanong ko nang makita ko si Amon na naglalakad. "Magnus, tell the others not to kill that idiot."

"Saan diyan?" tila ayaw pa ni Magnus gawin ang sinabi ko kaya ko siya sinamaan ng tingin.

"The vampire in the front," I said.

We waited for the new batch of enemies to arrive. My wound was covered in water to fasten the healing.

"Robin, are you okay?" sumulpot sa tabi ko si Maximilian at agad na hinawakan ang aking mga balikat upang masiguro na ayos lamang ang aking kalagayan. "Why does it take so long to heal?" naiinis niyang tanong.

Maximilian touched the wound in my stomach and I flinched because it hurt. I then felt him healing me. "That should do it."

"Thanks," walang emosyon kong sabi sa kanya.

All of a sudden, the blood on the ground rose up. My siblings, Maximilian and I didn't move but we were fascinated by it.

We waited for the next thing to happen and then a man wearing a black cloak appeared in the middle.

Alistair...

He stood like a true king, looking so elegant and powerful.

Blood floated around him and I could almost feel my feet shaking when he suddenly laid his on me, his gazes dropped to my bleeding wound, and I could see his Adam's apple moving up and down.

My blood, does it still attract him?
"Ilayo niyo si Robin," agad naramdaman ng empress ang naramdaman ko.

"I want to stay," nanginginig ang kamay kong sagot habang nakakatitig sa hari ng mga bampira na tila nawawala sa sarili niya na nakatingin sa akin at sa nagdurugo kong sugat.

The war broke out again, causing everyone to take their eyes off me except Maximilian. "Go on, I'm fine," sabi ko sa kanya.

"Are you sure?"

"I don't fucking like repeating myself."

Maximilian shook his head at me before letting go to run to the enemies.

My sister couldn't focus on fighting because she always looks back on me from time to time.

"You're gonna get yourself killed if you don't focus," I told her. "Just ignore me."

Tumitig muna siya sa akin bago siya nagbuntong hininga at humarap muli sa mga kalaban.

In the middle of chaos was Alistair who didn't took his eyes off me. No one could come near him because they eventually died.

I don't know if I should be mad because he killed my allies too without even doing anything.

All of a sudden, all I saw was red, crimson red. I closed my eyes hoping that it would go away but when I opened them again, my back hit something I couldn't tell what it was.
