Run

Robin's POV
I was waiting for Alistair to come back when he saw me sitting on the sofa. He quickly went to me and buried his face on my neck.

"I'm sorry..." bulong niya. "I'm sorry, my beautiful..."

"Let me go to my city," saad ko habang hinahaplosnang ang likod ng leeg niya. "I promise I'll come back to you."

"It's not that..." nahihirapan niyang sabi. "I know you'll come back. I know you love me, but Robin."

"What?"

"Please... could you just listen to me?" he sighed. "Just this once, please, just trust me."

A vampire king begging. What an odd thing to see.

"When can I go back?"

"When it's over," he answered.

I closed my eyes when I felt his fangs on my neck. I let him drink blood from me and when he finally finished, he kissed my lips passionately.

"What were you doing with Sidra?"

Pinagpalit niya ang posisyon namin at siya naman ngayon ang nakaupo habang ako ay nakaupo patalikod sa kandungan niya.

"We talked about something..."

"Can I ask what you talked about?"

Alistair sighed and wrapped his arms around my waist, he leaned on my back to kiss it. "It was nothing, love."

Something's telling me that he's lying but I let it slide.

The next day, it started snowing, I was watching from the window and felt the loneliness the snow brought.

Is it my sister? Is this her emotions?

Longing... it came with the snow.

I opened the window and smiled to myself when I touched the soft snow.

"Robin..." agad kong nabitawan ang nyebe nang marinig ko ang boses ng aking kapatid.

Her voice, it didn't only came with the snow, the wind was speaking to me.

"You can come back now," her voice was longing for me.

"Empress?"

"You hear me?" nahimigan ko ang saya sa boses niya. "Tell him, tell him that you can come back, he'll listen."

I was enthusiastic. I'm finally going back to Auroravale.

I hurriedly went out of the room to look for Alistair.

"Amon?" tawag ko sa lalaki. "Where is he?"

"Nasa west wing na naman, ipagiba mo na yan," kahit si Amon ay naiinis na. "Naiirita na ako diyan kay Sidra hindi ko naman siya bias,"

I couldn't understand what he's talking about.

"Huh?"

"Basta, nasa west wing," he answered.

"Okay!"

I ran towards the west wing and stopped before I could even enter. Paano ko matatawag si Alistair?

I was about to call his name but then I stopped. What if that woman hears me?

I fell to the floor when I felt a force pushing me. The next thing I heard was footsteps running towards my direction.

"Who was that?!" rinig ko ang matinis na boses ni Sidra.

Agad na dumating si Amon. "Bakit ka pumunta dito?!" he helped me stood up.
