Seto x Reader

"Come on (y/n) it's time to get up!"

"Five more minutes."

"You have to be on time today (y/n)! This is the first day of school!"

"But I don't wanna get up!"

"Well that's too bad!"

Your mom pulled off your blanket and opened the curtains. The sun was coming out already and the light got in your eyes. Before you could complain some more, she shoved you off the bed.

"Your clothes are all set and breakfast is prepared. I want you to get ready in 10 minutes."

"But mom-"

"Shhh! I dont want to hear it! You're going to have to get rid of that lazy habit of yours!" She walked out of your room and closed the door. You let out a sigh and got your uniform.

"We just moved here and she's already making a fuss." You slapped your cheeks and woke yourself up. Once you were completely awake, you got dressed and fixed yourself up.

"I wonder if the school here is even worth going to." You mumbled.

You sat at the table and ate breakfast. When you finished you headed straight for the door.

"I'm off!"

"Remember to buy the groceries after school!" Your mom shouted.

"And be careful!" Your dad added.

"Mhm got it." You then started the journey to your new school. There were rumors going around that some famous person or people went there. You weren't that impressed but it did sound interesting. By the time you reached the main building, you could see students practically everywhere. They were all crowding the entrance so it was pretty hard to get by them.

"Excuse me, oh sorry- just trying to get through here!" You didn't know what the ruckus was about but you just wanted to get to class. Once you finally got out from the crowd, you stumbled backwards and nearly fell.

"Ah! That was close!" You quickly caught yourself before you fell. Completely unaware that you seemingly stepped on someone. When you finished brushing yourself off, a threatening voice went through your ears.

"Who do you think you are, girl?" Your ears perked and you looked up. Your eyes met a set of deep blue ones.

"Oh! Sorry didn't see you there!" You joked. The taller male didn't seem to take in your humor.

"You didn't answer my question girl."

"huh?"

"You've got some nerve thinking you could treat me like I'm at your standards." By this time, a crowd began to form around you two. There were whispers everywhere and even some snickering.

"Look, I'm sorry alright. Just forget sbout it! And what do you mean my standards? Your just like everyone else here you know!" The snickering got louder.

"I am Seto Kaiba. And I don't listen to those lower than me."

"Well I'm (y/n)(l/n), and I don't listen to pompous nobody's like you."

Everyone let out a gasp at your words. Seto had a surprised look but it immediately faded away.

"You shouldn't have said that girl." He snarled.

"It's (y/n), and your nowhere near intimidating boy." You sneered at him before making your way to class. The crowd around you were left speechless and made a path for you.

"Wow, first day and I'm already starting to hate it here." You thought.
