"Shaaaaaaay." You whined lazily. "Why are you ignoring me? Did I make you mad?"

Shay only sighed at that. "No, you didn't make me mad (y/n)."

"Then why are you ignoring me?" You pouted.

"Because I'm busy and your distracting me." He replied flatly.

You huffed and went over to him. "But all your doing is writing stuff down. Can't you do that some other time?"

Shay held back a smile. "No, I'm reviewing for my final exam next week and I need to stay focused."

"So boring." You mumbled. "Is Lulu doing anything right now?"

"She's downstairs working on her homework."

"Her too!?" You groaned and sprawled on Shay's bed. "Ahhh there's nothing to do here!"

This time Shay let out a small chuckle. "Then why did you come? Surely you could've had better plans."

"I guess but I wanted to stop by to see you and your sister." You rolled off his bed and onto the floor. "Besides, I love messing with you!" You laughed.

Shay rolled his eyes and continued writing. "You can be really annoying you know."

You put your hand over your chest and gasped dramatically. "You don't mean that do you Shay?" You said in a fake, crying voice.

"Oh I do."

You collapsed back on the floor clutching your chest. "Your really harsh to me Shay." You said before laughing again.

Shay felt himself smile again. "Heh, that's what you get for getting on my nerves all the time."

"Hehe but in the end you love me don't you?" You giggled. Shay tensed up suddenly, he knew you were joking but...

"Don't get ahead of yourself (y/n)."

You clutched your chest again. "So harsh." You pouted.

He didn't respond to you, instead he continued to write while you remained on the floor. Realizing that he really was busy, you decided to leave him alone. As soon as you got up, you quickly went over to him and hugged him while patting his head.

"Well since you're busy, I'll go bug your sister! But I shall be back soon!" You let him go and went out the door to find Lulu. Shay stopped writing for a brief moment.

"So troublesome." He said while shaking his head. But even so, it was one of the things he loved about you.

About half an hour later, Shay finished his work and came out to get something to eat. Lulu was in the kitchen preparing food but stopped when she heard her brother's footsteps. Shay looked around before entering the kitchen. He quickly took note that you were absent. Perhaps you got so bored that you really did decide to leave.

"Hello big brother!" Lulu greeted while setting a plate of food down on the table.

"Hello Lulu. Did (y/n) leave already?" He asked while helping her with the food.

"Mhm! We were talking for a bit but I told her I had to get work done. She complained a little but she understood."

"So she left because of that?"

"Yup, she didn't want to disturb us anymore. Isn't that nice?" She giggled.

".....yeah I suppose."

The two sat down and ate their food after that. It was pretty quiet since neither of the two spoke up, that is, until Shay got up to place his dishes in the sink.
