SPENCER POV

3 DAYS LATER

Now that Thanksgiving is officially over and everyone is gone, it's time to address Kim and her actions. I was wrong to let her stay here and bring her family. I should've said something on Thanksgiving, but truthfully, I was being nice.

Liv and I had a heart-to-heart conversation about how she feels about everything, and we concluded that we needed to move. This house was Kim and I's house, and I don't want to carry those memories, and moving would be good for both of us.

"So, have you found a house yet? I found a few that I like, but none that I love." Olivia tells me as she walks into the living room.

"Nope, I haven't found one that I like either. These prices have gone up since we last looked. Do you have a specific area you want to say in?" I ask her as she makes a cup of coffee, and joins me on the couch.

"I like this neighborhood

"I like this neighborhood. It's safe, gated, and now that Alex is here, we have to consider that as well. I want him to be as safe as possible, plus we have family right down the street." She states as I listen.

That's true. This is a good neighborhood to live in, and I would want to raise a family here. Hopefully, we can find a house and move in before the new year, since Liv and I want to start our journey somewhere else.

"Alright, well start looking and I'll call our agent, and see what she can do. Oh, we also need to take Alex shopping and make sure he gets what he needs for Christmas. I want him to feel like he's still loved even though his mom isn't here with him." Liv tells me as we share a peck.

ALEX POV

This holiday feels incomplete without my mom being here. I know she's watching over me, but it's not the same. I miss her touch, laugh, smile, and talk. She was always there for me, and I don't know how to cope.
