Spencer faintly hears a noise coming from the balcony. The James family needed a getaway. A quick trip to LA usually does the trick, but this time around, it was different. Since Lauren left them her estates, they now have an 'official' home here, but being in this place will always be overwhelming for Liv. 

"Babe? What's wrong?" Spencer asks as he walks up behind his wife on the balcony. 

"Everything feels strange. Being here, in her house, her neighborhood, her city, her LIFE - it all feels wrong without her. I know I've visited many times before, but now it all feels out of place. I can sense her presence everywhere around me, and it's overwhelming." Olivia said, gazing up at the 'City Of Angels.'

While they adore LA, relocating there was not feasible. It never truly felt like 'home'; rather, it served as a getaway spot for a few days of relaxation. Living there was the ideal, but for now, Texas remains their preferred choice. 

"I wish I could understand what you're feeling, babe. I know it feels strange without her here, but this is what she would've wanted. She wouldn't want us to be sad; she'd want us to live our best life, whether it's here or back home," Spencer says, kissing his wife's forehead. 

Olivia laughed and asked, "Gosh, why are you so sweet to me?" Spencer was right; Olivia knew that. They had always wanted to live their lives to the fullest, and even though it might be challenging, they were committed to pushing through and conquering whatever came their way.
