*Matt*

It was Tuesday morning and I had just finished packing. Reby and Maxel were waiting downstairs for me so that we could say goodbye to each other. Reby and I talked last night about what Jeff did and made me swear that if he does it again, to call her. I told her that he shouldn't do it again, but if he does, she'll get a call and Jeff will be left in Florida over the weekend.

I walked over to Jeff's house and the first thing I saw when he opened the door was the big scratches on his wrists from where he cut himself. I didn't know how we were going to hide those around the other wrestlers and ESPECIALLY Dixie and Bully Ray. One look at those and they might push his return even further, and as much as we really didn't want him to return until he felt 100%, he was aching to go back and I was aching to tag with him again. They also didn't know about the drinking thing he had going on prior to him cutting himself, but I think that no one would question him about it.

We got to the hotel about 3 pm and I left him there as he told me he was going to call Morgan. On the way down, I saw Ethan again with his trainee. I really felt bad for the kid, he didn't deserve to be yelled at. There was tough love, and there was this. Berating him and disrespecting him like he was the king and his trainee was nothing.

I shook it off as I walked to the gym.  This was starting to become a daily routine for me. Going to the gym was a perfect way for me to relieve stress. Looking to the side, I saw that a crowd had gathered around Ethan, who was yelling at his trainee again. I rolled my eyes and decided to walk over there to see what the commotion was about.

"You are a terrible excuse for a trainee! You cant even do one simple thing! You are pathetic!" I heard him yell. He just stared at him, not even coming up with a comeback. I knew that he had to fight back and not just take it like a doormat, but I knew the kid was just trying to be respectful towards a World Heavyweight Champion. Trust me, Ethan was no Champion. He dosent even act like one. He acts like he's entitled just because he has an impressive winning streak and his Aunt was the president of the company. Jackasses like him piss me off so much.

"Are you even listening to me? See, this is what I mean! You think you're all that huh?" Ethan yelled in his face.

"No sir, just waiting on you to finish up your tantrum," he responded and I smiled a little bit. That was a start, but not much. He still had a long way to go. Ethan slapped him across the face and I was about ready to hit him with another Twist of Fate, when Chris Melendez showed up.

"Hey Ethan, how about you mess with somebody your own size and who's still not under training?" Ethan's vision turned to Chris and he scoffed.

"Mind your own business, Melendez!" he shouted and I just walked away. Not to be rude, but he had everything under control. Chris could handle himself for as long as he was in the war. I worked out until about noon and went back to the motel for some much needed rest.
