(So, first off. I know the last chapter was kinda short but...in my defense...[don't worry its a lazy one...] I. Was. Lazy. Trust me, me and Morgan (author of the Warrior series...seriously go read it.) have worked on that for about a month, and I only posted about a 3rd or so of what we worked on simply because...I was lazy and I was tired of my Facebook app crashing on my phone. So, tell you what, between what I've posted last time and this point, you guys tell me what you think happened between then and now. Onward to the chapter!)
*Ryah*
"Hello?" I asked, picking up the phone in the hallway. I was waiting on Matt and Jeff's match with the DCC, which for the life of me, didn't know who they were. No one knew really.
"Yeah, sis. Its Katy..."
"What?"
"Listen...theres something I need to tell you..." Katy trailed off.
"What?"
"Well.......I've been trying to get you and Jeff together."
"How and why?" I asked bored. I mean, its not like she wouldn't try this before with any other guy Ive had in my life.
"Well...I caused those accidents with Jeff..."
"Katy!" I shouted, completely shocked. "This was completely off guard! I'm trying to get on Morgan's good side and you wanna tell me this shit! Jeff could have died on several different occasions and it was all because of YOU!"
"I know but listen--"
"Why would you intentionally set up for Jeff to fa--"
"Cause you're better with Jeff than Morgan, sis."
"WHAT?! Katherine Marie Hemmons, listen closely. I. Don't. Want. Jeff. You could've killed him."
"But sis--"
"Katy, I DONT appreciate this. Which one of you texted me that Jeff was at the track?" Now I already didn't know that it wasn't Jeff that texted me, but now with this new information, Katy could've been the one that texted me.
"It was me, but--"
"You?"
"Yes but I was trying to help!"
"KATY, YOU WERENT HELPING!" I shouted into the phone. I sighed heavily and told her that I had to go before hanging up. I then turned around to see two figures walking away, one of which was Zack.
"Zack!" I shouted. They seemed to speed up quicker and I saw the other person that was running was Jasper. I yelled Zack's name again and he turned around wearing a very fake smile.
"Yeah?"
"Have you seen Jeff?"
"Nope, haven't seen him! Now, bye!" he said before walking off with Jasper rather quickly. Huh, weirdos.
Later, Matt and Jeff were fighting the DCC and we were backstage. When the fight spilled backstage Katy ran off with Matt and I was with Jeff. Jeff and Thing 1 fought for a little bit, in which Jeff took a picture with Grado...okay then, before getting low blowed. I had to hide my laughter when I heard him say "Not again." It was pretty hard really to do that.
Matt and Katy come in and Matt turns Jeff into 2010 Jeff. Like, look and all. Must resist drooling on the spot.
Jeff ended up in a box for a few minutes while Matt convinced some guy to forklift Thing 2...by biting his arm painfully. While Matt fought the guy on the forklift (about 20 ft. at this point), Jeff "In the Box" Hardy jumped out and TOF'ed Thing 1. Matt and Thing 2 fought on top of the forklift until Matt pulled off Thing 2's mask, revealing another. Matt was so focused on that, Thing 2 kicked him off of the forklift, leaving all of us watching in horror as he hit the ground.
