*Jeff*
Today was December 25th, Christmas. It held a special meaning in my heart because it meant time for family and friends. I knew it was even more special to Matt because it would be his first with his son. That made me even more happy.
What could make this moment even better? The little "plan" that we had for Alexis and Coby. We were gonna make those two love birds be together...well, maybe. I wasn't sure how Alexis felt about Coby, but I did know that Coby likes Alexis. Thanks to Zack.
I was snapped out of my sleep when I heard Morgan downstairs humming Christmas tunes. I opened my eyes and sniffed around when an intoxicating aroma hit me. Well, she didn't burn the house down, that was good. I walked downstairs to see her swaying to some Christmas music that was playing on the radio, her back turned to me as she stood at the oven. I wrapped my arms around her gently.
"Hey." She said sweetly.
"Hey, babe," I said.
"You ready for tonight? I heard that Avril and Zack had something planned for Alexis and Coby."
"You heard right," I said. "I know what it is too."
"And what is that?" Morgan asked placing her hands on her hips.
"I can't tell you, babe," I said. "You'll have to wait until tonight."
"Jeff, it involves my daughter. You better tell me."
I whispered it in her ear and she got a smirk on her face. "Ohhhh. Okay." Morgan said smirking, but her smirked faded. "Wait.....I don't know if Alexis is interested in Coby like that."
"She might be," I said. "We'll just have to see."
"Alright, well if one of them has a panic attack or something," Morgan started before poking my chest. "You'll be the one fixing it. Just letting you know."
"Zack's idea!" I said holding my hands up in the air.
Morgan smirked. "I'll talk with them when they get here."
"Okay," I said smirking back at her. "What are you making there?"
"Cookies."
"Healthy," I said, stealing a cookie and taking a bite into it, not realizing how hot it actually was. "OW!"
Morgan started laughing as she put her hand over her mouth. "Dumbass!" Morgan said while still laughing.
"Shit!" I said spitting it out onto the floor. "Ow! Okay." Morgan continued laughing until she couldn't breathe. "You think that's funny?" I said softly. I grabbed her around the waist and started tickling her.
"Oh my God, Jeff!" Morgan shouted while laughing even more.
We heard a throat being cleared and I stopped to see Matt and Reby standing there with Maxel in their arms. I blushed a deep red. "How long have you two been standing there?"
"Oh," Reby said. "From when you bit into that cookie and started screaming like a little girl." I blushed deeper at that.
Morgan was still laughing. "H-he's such a dumbass!" Morgan said before laughing again.
"Okay," I said taking Maxel from Matt. "C 'mere to Jeff dude." I looked back at Morgan. "You just wait Hardy." Morgan smiled as her laughs began dissolving into giggles.
"Daddy!"
We all turned around to see Ruby standing there with Beth standing behind her.
"I'm just dropping her off and I'll be back to get her on Sunday," Beth said. I looked at her before handing Maxel back to Matt and taking my daughter into her arms. "Nice to see y'all again." She then walked out without saying another word. I looked back at Morgan, who looked slightly shocked.
