Thirty minutes had passed since _____ first saw that little blond kid walk by. This was his fourth lap walking aimlessly around the park and the clouds were now seemingly ready to start watering the earth. She put her book away and took out her umbrella, walking to the little lost sailor.
"Hey sailor... I'm ______" She said smiling, placing herself at his level.
"I'm not lost!" He screamed, tears filling his eyes.
"I know your are not... You seem to know the park very well" She said staring into his eyes, trying to calm him "I was just wondering why a nice gentleman like yourself is walking alone without an umbrella... It's about to rain" She said pointing to the sky.
"I left my umbrella at home" He whispered in that little voice that appears when you are about to cry "And... My brother forgot about me!" He said bursting into tears.
"Oh honey, I'm sure there is an explanation" She said motherly, taking his hands into hers "I could call your brother, but I need to know your name first" she smiled.
"P-Peter... Kirkland" He managed to say through his sobbing.
" Alright Peter... I'm _____"
" You... you already said so" He said, returning to his normal self.
" I'm glad you remember" She smiled "Do you know your brother's cellphone number? Or maybe your house number?"
" I have it in... My notebook" he said turning around to take it out of his blue matching backpack "Here, Arthur is my brother and Berwald is my father" He said in a small and sad voice.
" Ok..." She suddenly looked up "that was definitely a drop of water. Peter do you mind holding my umbrella while I call?" She smiled once again.
The boy just nodded and cleaned his tears, while _____ handed him her color-dotted umbrella. She dialed the first number but it went straight to voicemail. The second call was successful.
"Yes?" Said an overly deep voice.
"Good Afternoon...Uhm... My name is _____ and I'm at the park with your son" she said shyly.
"Peter?" He said in a strong accent.
"Yes, he was alone and it was starting to rain... I was just wondering if someone could pick him up or I could take him home if you allow me to..."
"Arthr didn't show up" He said in a dark tone. "Can I talk to Peter?"
"Sure" she said handing him the phone and taking the umbrella.
She stood there while little Peter explained to his father what had happened, and not long after he hung up and handed her the phone.
"Papa says he is very thankful for your kindness and he wonders if you could take me to the building of Nords Enterprises" he said softly.
" If the little gentleman wants me to walk with him I'll be honored" She chuckled placing her hand in front of him.
" You are really pretty, of course you can walk with me" he smiled, taking her hand with a little blush dusting his face.
" You are gonna make me blush Peter" she laughed "now let's go walk together under the rain" she smiled sweetly.
" ______, you are a lot better company than my stupid brother... Can I have you instead? I'm sure papa wouldn't mind adopting you"
" He can't adopt me Peter" She laughed "I'm too old"
" That's right" he said reflectively "Then you can marry papa!"
" Marry?! " She said a bit too high... What had she gotten herself into?!

Extended ending.
"Oh I have three voice new voicemails... That's odd" said a certain blond with bushy eyebrows.
"First Message: Arthur, it's Tino... Just wanted to remind you that you have to pick up Peter from the Library today. He'll be waiting for you at the park"
"Bloody hell! Peter!" He said looking at his watch.
" Second message: Uhm Hi... Arthur, my name is _____ and I'm here in the park with your brother. I just wanted to let you know I'm calling his father so I can take him home. Please call him as soon as you can. Bye"
"Oh no..." He gulped, rapidly loosing all the color from his face.
" Third Message: Arthr... You left Peter alone! I warned you last time... *click*"
" Bloody hell" he shrieked.... Bloody hell indeed.
