"Are we there yet?" I asked in a mocked little girl voice.

"No, ______, but we are close" Said England, as he drove the car.

"Great, cause I am hungry. When you said picnic outside, I thought you meant the garden or the park... not the countryside" I said, a bit annoyed, mostly out of hunger.

"You need to be patient woman! And all I was trying to do was to be romantic!" He said, apparently hurt.

"I know Iggy, my bad. Thank you for the original date" I said, taking his hand.

"It's a celebration, not a date" He cleared, not so angry now.

"Celebration?" I laughed nervously... had I forgotten something?

"Yes, celebrating a good sunny day" He said with a smile. On the other hand, I was relived not to have forgotten anything or I would never hear the end of it.

"A sunny England. I looove that" I said looking at him, looking as happy as a child on a road trip.

Soon enough we arrived at a beautiful green field, with small patches of little flowers that moved with the wind. Problem was, we did not arrive alone.

"It's beautiful!" I said skipping in front of him. "Thanks a lot Iggy." I smiled like I do to only him.

"It is but... I'm worried about those clouds" he said pointing to the west.

"Don't mind that. It's our celebration, for as long as the sun lasts. Now... let's eat!" I said a bit too eagerly.

We made the whole picnic thing right: Blanket, basket, homemade food (partially accomplished, mostly by my cooking), shoes off, and nap after the meal. It was all perfect, because we were together: Arthur, me and the sun. Sadly, the third had to leave early... and unnoticed.

"Iggy... Love, wake up" I said shaking him. "I felt a drop".

"No..." He said groggily, until a drop fell right on his forehead.

"I told you" I laughed a little.

"hmm..." he grunted. "So much for the fun. Let's go to the car already, then" he said tiredly.

"I think Mother Nature has other plans" I said as rain started to pour more frequently.

"Great" he replied annoyed. "Run, love" He said while grabbing my hand.

We ran towards the car, not without a good hug from the rain. When we entered the shelter of the car, the rain had become heavy, but at least we were no longer outside.

"So much for a celebration" said England annoyed.

"Don't hate the rain because it wanted to join" I laughed, but it didn't resonate in him. "We had our celebration, and it was wonderful. Thank you Arthur" I said holding his hand, with got him less annoyed.

"Well, then... let's go back home" He said, keys in hand.

"Why the hurry? We are here, sheltered from the rain... and together. I don't see why we can't enjoy the rain too" I said, lowering the seat. "It's a great view from here" I said staring at what I liked to call: upstairs window.

"You are one of a kind" he laughed, lowering his seat too. "Only you could make me enjoy the rain that ruined our picnic".

"Yes, and that's why you love me" I smiled.

"Exactly, that is why I love you" He said kissing my hand, before laying with me to enjoy the view.
