Chapter 30

THREE HOURS LATER

After Splinter and Shredder had confessed their feelings to each other, and after Splinter had talked to Raphael since he still wasn't happy about this reconciliation, they went to Splinter's room to talk some more while the turtles decided to start their party.

At first, it was a bit awkward considering what had transpired earlier but after a while everyone started to loosen up. It helped that Rocksteady had brought some vodka and spiked the punch. When music started, Bebop made himself into a disco ball so naturally it excited everyone and got them to dance. Tigerclaw and Rockwell acted indifferent to the party, but they seemed to be enjoying themselves. Even Donnie looked a bit happier, probably due to the fact that he had five cups of spiked punch but happy nonetheless, which made Mikey happy. Everyone appeared to be happy.

Everyone...except for Raphael. This night was not what he had expected at all. He's filled in a room with people who have tried to kill him and his family and somehow his father is in love with the overgrown tin man that is Shredder. But the worst thing is that Leo hasn't been near him the whole night. He's been talking to Karai all night and yeah, he's downright jealous about it.

"Fucking Foot Bitch." He muttered as he watched Leo with Karai and he bitterly drank his punch.

Casey walked over to him. "Hey man, you good?" He asked.

"I'm good, just fine." Raph groaned and Casey frowned. He followed the red masked turtle's gaze and raised an eyebrow when he found himself looking at Leo.

"Did you and Leo fight or something?" Raph shook his head.

"No, it...it wasn't a fight." He blushed bashfully, making Casey's eye widened. Because the last time he saw Raph do that was when he lost his virginity to Mona.

"No fucking way." Raph looked at Casey. "You slept with..."

"Shush!" Raph gestured Casey closer. "Yeah, last night." He confirmed and Casey shook his in disbelief.

"Wow. How did that even happen?"

"We were drinking. Some things were said, one thing led to another and..." Raph sighed. "...we ended up in my bed."

Casey shrugged. "Ok, I don't really care. It's not like it's any different from Mikey and Don." He grumbled before shaking his head clear. "So was it a one time thing or...?"

"No, I want him. I want to date him, I want to make him mine." Casey nodded.

"Ok. Like I said, don't really care. Have you told him?" Raph growled, setting his cup down harshly.

"No." He crossed his arms in a huff. "We got interrupted when I tried and ever since Karai got here, he's been glued to her side. He's avoiding me." Raph sighed. "He regrets it, I know he does."

"Did he tell you that?" Casey asked, making Raph furrowed his eyes at him.

"No."

"Then how do you know? Honestly dude, I think he thinks you regret it. Not trying to be mean here but, up until like recently you've been an ass to him."

Raph sighed again. "I know, it's part of the reason why I am starting to think that I shouldn't tell him. But I've felt like this for so long, I don't think I can hide my feelings anymore."

"Then don't, you should tell him how you feel. If you wait too long, you'll miss out." Casey sighed before admitting, "Like I did."

Raph looked at him. "I thought you and April were going out now?" Casey nodded.

"We were, but it didn't work out. Plus, I wasn't talking about April." Raph raised an eyebrow.

"Then who were you talking about?" Casey shook his head.
