(Morning)

Ujjwal was getting ready for work when his phone started buzzing incessantly with notifications.

He glanced at the screen.

"Mitali is Shashank's wife," the revelation hit him, forming a lump in his throat.

He rushed to the living room to grab the newspaper. His heart sank as he saw the front page featuring a photo of him and Mitali with the headline: "Famous Businessman's Wife Caught in an Extramarital Affair."

His legs began to weaken.

Ujjwal hadn't planned to tell Ishika about Mitali's confession, fearing it would deeply hurt her. But now, the situation had out of control.

"What?" Ishika's heart pounded as he shared the news.

Ujjwal nodded. "I didn't know, Ishika. I had no idea she had feelings for me."

Tears welled up in Ishika's eyes, making the situation even worse for Ujjwal. "Please believe me, I only love you," he pleaded.

She believed him, but her tears stemmed from a new fear. "What will Shashank do now?"

"None of this is my fault," Ujjwal said.

"Yes, but he will think it is," Ishika replied, her voice trembling.

~

Shashank's anger exploded when he saw the newspaper. His concern wasn't love but his reputation. He couldn't bear the thought of being laughed at.

Saagar, tried to calm him down, but his face darkened, his mind churning with plans.

A cold smirk formed on his lips.

~

The doorbell rang.

Sarla opened the door. She saw two figures with bodyguards behind them.

"Is Ujjwal Kumar home?" one of the men asked.

Terrified, she nodded. Before she could react, the group barged into the house.

Ujjwal and Ishika, seated in the living room, froze in fear.

"I had no idea she loved me. This isn't my fault!" Ujjwal pleaded as Shashank entered.

Even Shashank knew Ujjwal wasn't to blame, he had recordings of Mitali's confession. But, the betrayal was public now.

"I have no time. Sign these papers," Shashank said coldly.

"What papers?" Ujjwal stammered.

"Divorce papers," Saagar replied.

"What?" Ujjwal gasped.

"Sign," Shashank barked, his anger rising.

Saagar pulled out his phone, showing a picture of Swara tied to a chair.

"Please, don't harm her," Ujjwal begged, folding his hands.

Shashank glanced at his watch. "I won't, as long as you both sign."

With trembling hands and tears streaming down their faces, Ujjwal and Ishika signed the papers.

"Divorced," Saagar mocked.

"Why so upset, Ujjwal? I've made things easier for you. You won't have to pay alimony," Shashank said.

Another set of papers was handed to Ujjwal. The title read, "Conditions of Shashank"

Both Ujjwal and Ishika's breath caught as they read. "Ujjwal must marry Mitali and consummate the marriage."

Shashank's bodyguards grabbed Ujjwal to take him away. Ishika tried to stop them. "Let go of my kumar" she cried.

A bodyguard pushed her, causing her to fall to the ground.

"Don't hurt her, please!" Ujjwal shouted. "Take care of yourself, Ishika," he added as they dragged him away.

Ishika watched helplessly through tear-filled eyes. She wiped her tears and tried to follow them, but they had already taken Ujjwal.

"Kumar..." she cried.

~

Anay, unaware of the enmity between Shashank and Ujjwal or Swara's kidnapping, decided to file a complaint.

Mayank, Prachi, and Anay were shocked after reading the newspaper. When they visited Ishika, they found her sitting silently, lost in grief.

Ishika said everything- the forced divorce, and the terrible conditions imposed on Ujjwal.

~

Later that evening, Shashank's bodyguards returned. This time, they took Ishika.

Anay, Mayank, and Prachi tried to intervene but were powerless against the sheer number of bodyguards.

"Once the conditions are fulfilled, Swara will be released," the guards said, leaving them worried about Swara, Ujjwal, and Ishika.

~

The bodyguards brought Ishika to a grand venue adorned with bright lights.

Many photographers were there. It felt like a wedding staged for appearances.

Her knees collapsed when she saw the board: "Ujjwal Weds Mitali"

The guards locked her in a room with a peephole through which she could witness everything.

Shashank had deliberately brought her here.

Ujjwal was marrying Mitali to save Swara.

Mitali loved Ujjwal but didn't want to marry him under such circumstances. She felt bad for him.

Ishika watched helplessly, tears streaming down her face as her Ujjwal was forced into marriage.

"You are now husband and wife."
