Tour

After adjusting to the house and how amazing it was. We went to go see that guy for a tour. When we arrived he was just as welcoming as he was before.
"Nice to see you took up my offer." He said as he smiled widely at us. "Come with me and I will take you on a tour of Safe Haven." He said as everyone just smiled and nodded their heads along with him. We began to walk around looking and listening to everything he was saying. It would probably come in handy one day. "This here is where the gun range is. Some people do not know how to shoot guns but want to. So this is where they practice." The man said making Emily stopped instantly. "If you want you can talk to Marcus the guy you met at the gate about joining the team." The guy said as he placed his hand on Emily's shoulder. She smiled wide.
"Can I?" She said sounding extremely excited. He nodded his head as she rushed towards the guy who helped us when we first arrived. We continued walking, where we soon reached a place where Alayna and Jack could learn all about fighting techniques. "This is where you learn fighting moves in case you have to fight something or you have anger and need to let it out. Sometimes when people are angry with each other they decide to fight it out." The guy said making them decide to get right into it now leaving our tour. "Here is a place I like to call Relaxation Alamode. It is literally all about relaxation if you are stressed." The guy said making Auntie CJ say good bye heading towards the doors of the Relaxation Alamode. The guy seemed very pleased with us going our separate ways as we continued on with the tour, I guess in a way it was his way of knowing what interested us. "This is the hospital building. Owen you wanted to know all about the examination monitors? Follow this man here, he is the head doctor here." The guy said motioning to the one man dressed in all scrubs like a doctor. Owen was in complete amazement following the guy. We continued walking further and not far from the hospital building was some sort of child playground. "Okay now here is the day care. Sometimes when parents need to relax away from their kids they send them here. They are in safe hands here. So Shawn if you and King want to go with this nice lady who is also my wife, she will take good care of you." He said smiling down at Shawn as the lady held out her hands. Shawn fiddled with King's collar before taking her hand. They walked up the stairs before he turned around running to me just to hug me.
"You will be okay. I promise." I said as he hugged me tight. I leaned down to hug him properly. He smiled at me before he kissed my cheek running away again. I smiled as I stood up.
"Continuing on." The man said as we kept walking. Very close to the day care was a library where Nick was very interested into checking out. He was sort of into that kind of stuff. "This is the library, if you ask for Alice Walters about working there you can. She's my daughter." The guy said making him run straight into the building not looking back once. "Your a teacher correct?" The man asked looking at Mr. Harrison who looked at me and then nodded his head.
"Yeah I am. How did you-?" Mr. Harrison asked trailing off as the man motioned to a giant building. Mr. Harrison stared in amusement at the building.
"We like to keep the education alive. Not as long as normal school but some kids love to learn. Go inside and check it out." The guy said motioning for him to go on. He kissed my cheek smiling excitedly at me. Austin slowly walked after Mr. Harrison.
"Austin? Your interested in teaching?" I asked in surprise at him. He never seemed to be the one who was into teaching. He scratched his neck a little embarrassed.
"I'm into teaching and learning." He said as he ran up the stairs avoiding anymore questions. I smiled as it was just the guy and I left. He wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
"Now I made sure to save you for last." He said as we walked up to the gate where we first came in. "This is Brooklyn Mathews, this here is my son Derek Lance. I know you will be very comfortable here." The man said before he walked away. His son grabbed my shoulder as he walked with me.
"Nice to meet you Brooklyn. My dad seems very fond of you. That's very rare. He never sends me people. So this is new to me." He said as we stopped as we were met with a bunch of other people.
"What is this place?" I asked as I looked around at the people. They all laughed slightly. They removed their masks. I was the only girl.
"This here is the place where we team up and go out in the open." Derek said as another guy stepped forward placing his hand on my shoulder walking me into a small building. He gave me a weapon of my choice and an outfit that matched theirs.
"We are runners. We go out to grab food and water for the people who aren't as athletic or capable." The one guy said as I smiled slightly still a bit confused.
"Go change. We will be out here waiting." He said as he pushed me towards a door. I bit my lip as I changed. I looked at myself in the mirror liking what I seen. When I walked out of the room changed into my outfit I smirked as I fiddled with the weapons I had set on my hips. I walked out with my hands on my hips as the men cheered and clapped. "You look awesome." The guy said as I smirked up at him.
"I feel awesome." I said as I looked at the men as the sun began to set behind them and soon to be covered by the wall. This felt so right. I smirked as Derek placed his hand on my shoulder. The gate began to open as a few men ran out. Derek looked at me with intense eyes but they seemed gentle.
"You ready?" He asked as I looked at my weapons on my hips and then at the open gate. I grabbed my one gun that was placed on my back cocking it once.
"I'm ready."
