Won't You Protect Me? Ch. 63

"So. Are the ears and tail real?" Kiyotaka gave a small nod, looking away and making sure to appear frightened by what might come out of Gentru's mouth next. "They look so soft, can I touch them?" Kiyotaka continued his flawless performance, "You don't think I'm weird? Or, or an abomination?" "And why would I think that?" "Ah! No reason. Yes." "what?" "yes, you can touch."

Genthru, keeping the sly smile that threatened to show itself hidden, reached his hand out, and seeing a carefully executed flinch on Kiyotaka's part made him go slower, as to not frighten the boy in front of him. 'Just like a real cat' his mind had thought. He gently cupped Kiyotaka's head in his hands and began gently massaging Kiyotaka's ears. 'The little cat is far to gullible, he'll be mine in no time' Genthru thought has he felt Kiyotaka relax into his hands. Kiyotaka on the hand had his thoughts on someone else. 'This would feel a whole lot better if it were Hisoka. I should end this quick.'

Kiyotaka with something more tempting in mind decided to speed up his plan at taking revenge on the man. With his head still in Genthru's hands, Kiyotaka began to purr and purposefully but slowly lean more and more of his weight on the hand supporting his head as the other scratched his ears. He was working to create the right mood to bring a certain mysterious bomber up.

Genthru was enjoying watching Kiyotaka lean more and more on him. 'All it took was a simple head massage and now I'll have this feline all to myself. I thought this would be harder but now knowing how much his actions are cat attribute influenced, it's no wonder. Cat are on guard and easy to scare, but feed it once and it'll come back. Earn it's trust and it will be at your mercy.' At the thought Genthru had accidentally let out a small bit of bloodlust. He hadn't realized until he felt Kiyotaka flinch and quickly sit up, clearly alert and on guard.

'Damn it' Genthru thought, trying to come up with something believable on the spot.  "Sorry. Did that scare you? I didn't mean to. There was a guy over there who was looking over here all funny. I was only trying to scare him away."  Genthru watched the caution in Kiyotaka's eyes as they were very obviously deciding whether or not they wanted to trust the mans words. Genthru held baited breath until he saw the caution begin to fade. He immediatly began trying to undo his mistake by giving Kiyotaka a warm smile and very slowly moving his hand to continue the massage he was giving before. Thank goodness it worked.

Kiyotaka gave it a few minutes, allowing himself to slowly make it so his head was resting on Genthru's lower thigh before starting his attack. He opened his eyes, and brought a hand up next to his cheek, resting it on Genthru's thigh, and playing with the fabric between his thumb and pointer finger to imitate a nervous stim, and also catch Genthru's attention. "I- um I have a question?" "Yes what it" came a voice that was far to sweet to be trusted. "I was um- have you heard about the bomber?" "I have, yes. Why?" Kiyotaka felt him tense up for a second at the thought of being discovered and played.

"Well, it's just that I've been hearing rumors about him, and how he targets new players. Well I'm a new player and I have no idea what I should do to avoid him. I don't even know what he looks like." The tension eased from the mans muscles, "So what was your question?" "Do you think, and you can totally say no, but do you think I could stick with you?" "You mean can I protect you?" "ah! uhm... will you?" Kiyotaka made sure to sound shy ad apprehensive. "I would be happy to! Think of me as your own personal night and shinning armor!"
