It's already been a year for the students of Genosha-Quintin U. They just have three more years to go. That means in three years, Meghan and Connor can marry. They're excited. They can hardly wait.

In the meantime, everyone is in their different classes. Zatanna is off crying in the college gardens. Scarlett Witch is out there trying to console her. "I just can't believe dad let Dr. Fate take him over again. Why? Why? Why?" Zatanna cried. "Why?"
"C'mon. We have to get to mystic magic class," replied Wanda. "You have to pull yourself together. Let's go." They head off to class. By the time they get to class, Zatanna has stopped crying and Scarlett Witch is glad. She feels sorry for Zatanna just the same.

In mystic magic class, the girls ace their spells pop quiz. After that class, the girls have a break and go for coffee to talk. "How long has Dr. Fate taken over your father?" Wanda asked.
"Ever since I was a little girl minus two or three times. He's also taken over me and Wally. He's also taken over AquaLad." Zatanna replied.
"You mean Kaldur. He's kind of cute. Is he single by chance?" Wanda asked.
"What would Kurt think if he saw you dating another guy? That furry blue boy likes you."
"I guess you're right." Wanda replied.
"What happened to your dad-Erik is it?" Zatanna asked.
"He died in an explosion," Wanda replied. "Lawna took over after he died. She's mine and Piedro's little sister. She's still in high school. 11th grade. Imagine trying to juggle school and running Genosha. It's really hard for her. She feels like all the pressure is on her. Ya know?"
"Boy! Do I ever? Robin is the worst about putting all the pressure on me," Zatanna replied, "but he's not as bad as Batman. He made me locate Zerksys. She had cast a pig spell on Wonder Woman and I had to help him save her bacon butt. So yeah..." Their discussion ends there and they head back to the campus for their next class. All Wanda can think about right now is, poor Zatanna. She's been through so much. How does she deal with something like that?
