It's a new day for the students at Genosha-Quintin U. Scott got news from Jean. Her father is coming to visit them at the college. This has them both nervous. She hasn't seen her father since she joined the Institute. Now he was coming to see her at college. He soon arrives. Jean and Scott give him the tour and take him out for coffee. He enjoyed his day with his daughter. She and Scott enjoyed it too. The one thing she told neither of them was that she was secretly pregnant.
Meanwhile, Zatanna is trying to figure out a way to get Dr. Fate to release her father. So far, she's come up with absolutely nothing. Scarlett Witch is glad to give her friend a helping hand. They come up with several plans. None of them seemed like they would work. It came to nothing. There was no way she could think off that wouldn't fail to save her father.
Meanwhile, Jean is still hiding the truth from Scott and her father. She's starting to feel really bad about it. It's her father and her boyfriend. She should tell them. She decides to woman up and tell them. "Scott," she says when she sees him in the hall, "I'm pregnant." She calls her father and tells him the same. "I'm so proud of you dear," he says over the phone. She's barely a month into her pregnancy so it's nothing to worry about at the moment. She knows deep down that it's a big deal. Scott even knows it's a big deal. He's going to be the father of the child after all.
