Chapter 62

It's dinner time at the University. Piedro has a black eye from when Wallie punched him earlier. Jesse is finally over the fact that Piedro kissed her and Wanda even had a talk about the incident with her brother about it. Everyone is just glad the morning drama is over. They can now chat and laugh over dinner like they do every night like nothing ever happened. After all, a week from now, they'll all have spring break to relax and rewind and spend time with their families. Jesse, though, has no one to visit because her dad is back on Earth-2. Meghan is excited for the break. She's ready to see her uncle again. Over the break, Piedro and Wallie will be doing a track meet. Jean and Scott have a romantic date planned as well as their children to raise of course. Spring break is a time for them to spend with their children after all. Nightcrawler can't wait to see his mother and baby sister. Wanda has a local event to attend with her little sister, a concert. Wanda sees it as a good sister bonding experience. Artemis and Jade are going to the beach with their mother. Drake and Dick are going to a Gotham Black Birds basketball game with Batman. Zatanna is going out on a new assignment with Wonder Woman and her father, which she's very excited about. Superboy is going to a powerlifting tournament. Supergirl is going to hang with her uncle and Brainiac is joining her. Kaldur is going back to Atlantis to visit Tula and Garth for the Sea Festival, so all three of them can enjoy it together. Billy is going to the zoo with his grandpa and his girlfriend. No one is just chilling on their spring break, they're spending it to the fullest. That's hard to deny. After all, when you're in college, breaks are the times you get to let loose, be free, and do whatever you want and that's exactly what the students are doing and doing to the fullest at that.
