Piedro and Wanda just got a call from
Lawna asking for their help. "What can we do?" Wanda asks.
"The main castle is being attacked by a bunch of impostors. We are under fire. I need your help. Right away. Rapido! Rapido!" They rush to help their little sister as fast as they can. They help her take down all the bad guys and get her injuries treated right away. "The main castle and the surrounding towers will all be rebuilt," says Lawna. "Thanks for coming to help me."
"Anything for our little sister," they reply. They head back to the college after that. They're already late as it is. They can't be any later or the teacher will be steaming mad.

The teacher, Ms. Thorne is luckily also late. That's good luck on Piedro's end. Wanda is late to her mystic arts class and because of that has to write a 100 page 5,000 word essay on the uses of the mystic arts. At least, she doesn't have to stay after class. The paper, though, is due within three days time. She gets right on it. She finishes at the speed of light. She has it finished with all requirements met within two days and handed in. Now on to mystic magic class. Yes, mystic magic and mystic arts are two different classes. She has no idea why. Mr. Wellington teaches mystic magic. One class works more on the spells and other stuff like that. The other works on the magic itself as well as the power of control used in casting the spells. It makes no sense to Wanda though. It doesn't make sense to Zatanna either. That's one thing they can agree on.

Meanwhile, Piedro is acing advanced science for someone who doesn't think whatsoever. Wanda's definitely impressed. "Maybe it's true that you get smarter as you get older," she teases.
"Hey!" Piedro yells, "we're the same age you know."
"I know," she laughs, "I'm just messing with you."
"Yeah whatever," he replies, "I'm still way faster than you." He sticks out his tongue then zips off.
"Immature," huffs Wanda and heads off to class.

They soon finish their classes for the day and go out for coffee but things don't stay quiet for long. Zatanna soon gets word that Dr. Fate has set her father free and gone back to Ironman. All of a sudden, Derrick comes running up to them. "Help save my father," he asks. "I'll see what I can do. I've persuaded Fate to free him before," replies Zatanna. She and Wanda follow him to where his father is destroying the city as Dr. Fate. "He has no control," says Zatanna, "Dr. Fate is too powerful for him to control." Her father is there like before trying to stop him. He gets hurt from a shot fired from the armor and has to be rushed to the hospital. "Take me!" Zatanna says to Fate. He does so seeing that her father is in no condition. They return to the college after freeing Tony. Iron Fate is now back to regular old Iron Man. She continues college as normal just under the control of Dr. Fate. He lets her free on occasion. When her father is better finally after three months, Dr. Fate returns to him and sets Zatanna free entirely. She's relieved about that. "At least," she admits, "he can control Dr. Fate."
