Chapter 18

Gabe's POV

"She has to love it." Louis said.

"I don't know. It's just expensive and what if she doesn't like i?" I asked.

"Well that's why you're getting her two things. So if she doesn't love one thing she can love the other thing." He said.

I nodded my head before talking to the guy.

"How much would both of these cost all together?" I asked.

"It would cost about 2,000.00 dollars altogether." He said.

I pulled Louis to the side and looked at him.

"That's kind of expensive but also really cheap. Plus, I don't have more than I thousand dollars." I said.

"Okay how about I help you pay it." He said.

"What? No I can't let you do that." I said.

"Come on. You would do it for me and my girl." He said and I nodded.

"You pay about a thousand and I pay about a thousand." He said.

"Fine. But I'll let you do this, only if I can pay you back." I said.

"Deal." He said before we shook hands and walked up to the guy and told him we would take the two items.

Louis and I handed him our credit cards and he split the money.

"So who are you getting this for?" The guy asked.

"My girlfriend. Her birthday is on Monday." I said smiling at the thought of Lily.

"You're a good man." The guy said putting them into fancy boxes.

I grabbed the two boxes and Louis and I left. I dropped him off and drove to my house.

I stuck the boxes in my jacket boxes and walked into my front door amd saw my mom and Lily drinking coffee and smiling at something.

I wrapped stood behind Lily and wrapped my arms around her from the back.

"Awe this one is cute!" Lily said pointing to a picture of me when I was in third grade.

She looked up at me and smiled.

"Thank god for puberty." I jokingly said.

"Well I still think you're adorable." She giggled before kissing my cheek.

"I'll be back in a minute." She said before standing up and heading to the bathroom.

When I heard the door shut, I sat down and smiled at my mom.

"Before Lily gets out of the bathroom, look at what I got her for her birthday." I said before pulling the boxes out of my pockets and opening them and showing my mom.

"Oh my goodness these are gorgeous!" She gasped.

I smiled before closing the box and handing them to my mom.

"Can you keep these in your room until Monday evening?" I asked ajd she nodded.

I handed them to her and she ran them up to her room and came back down when Lily walked out of the bathroom.

I walked up to Lily and wrapped my arms around her waist and she wrapped her arms around my neck. I pecked her lips before smiling at her and taking her up to my room.

"Don't do anything!" My mom yelled.

Lily giggled before I shut my door and we sat down on my bed.

"So did you like going to the lake yesterday?" I asked.

"Oh my god I loved it! I've never been so it was beautiful. It was the best night of my life so far!" She said.

"Well I'm glad I made it the best night of your life." I said smiling.

She sat down on my lap before turning on Netflix and turning on American Horror Story. She rested her head on my shoulder and I wrapped my arms around her.

She looked up at me and smiled making me smile and pressed my lips on hers. It was a passionate kiss I felt Lily smile in the kiss, then I decided to try something.

I kissed down her cheek, along her jawline, making my way to her neck. When I found her sweet spot, I began sucking on it, but I made sure I didn't leave a mark.

When I finished, she looked at me and pecked my cheek.

"I love you." She said.

"I love you too." I replied and we watched the show.

When I looked at Lily, I saw she was asleep and thought it was good timing to do what I was gonna do.

I carefully moved Lily off of my lap and walked out of my room amd quietly shut the door.

"Sofia, I need your help." I said when I saw her in the living room.

"Yes?" She asked.

"Tomorrow, I need you and mom to take Lily dress shopping. I'm going to take her somewhere special for her birthday on Monday." I explained.

"What do I get out of this?" She asked.

"Twenty dollars?"

"Thirty."

"Deal." I agreed.

I walked out of the living room and found my mom and told her the plan. Luckily she was happy to do it.

I walked upstairs and saw Lily looking for something.

"Hey. What are you looking for?" I asked.

"I need to shower and I can't find anything to wear for bed." She said frustrated.

She looks adorable when she's frustrated.

"Well here, wear this." I said handing her one of my white shirts and some basketball shorts.

"Thanks." She said smiling before going into the bathroom.

I decided this was time time to do another thing I was planning. I dialed the number in my phone and when they answered I got excited.

"Hi. I'd like to make a special reservation that I'm willing to help make." I spoke.

Lily's POV

I plugged my phone into my speakers and Warrior by Demi Lovato began playing.

I jumped in the shower and let the water run down my body. When I went to grab my shapoo, I cut my finger on my razor. I looked at the razor and made a bad decision.

I slid it across my legs and soon felt a little relieved and I felt horrible. It was a relief cus I haven't done it in weeks. But I felt horrible cus those few weeks of being clean have gone down the drain.

I put my razor away and cleaned myself up. When I finished, I turned the water off and grabbed two towels so I could dry my body and my hair.

I put Gabe's clothes on and I felt so little in them. I giggled before taking my hair out of the towel and brushing it. I finished brushing my hair and walked out to see Gabe in shorts and he didn't have a shirt on.

I bit my lip and then laid down in bed with him. I rested my head on his chest and just relaxed. I felt two arms wrap around me and pull me closer to him.

I feel so safe in his arms. Like if anyone burst through the door with a knife, I would just feel safe and protected.

I felt Gabe kiss my forehead and I smiled and my eyes shut. I know I just woke up from a nap, but I was still tired and it's only 4:30 in the evening. Oh well.
