(A/N: KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ALL FICTIONAL I KNOW BECKY DOESN'T HAVE AN OLDER BROTHER BUT ITS PART OF THE STORY. I'm just going to cast Jake T. Austin to play her older brother...)

BECKY'S POV

I'm currently traveling at approximately 90 MPH towards the safe house. I'm sitting next to Luke in the backseat. Luke's distracted by his phone to even talk to me. Although I escaped certain doom. I still feel like I'm missing something. I feel like there's something Austin's hiding from me. I don't understand why Andreas did what he did to me. 

Why did he do that to me? What's his reason for kidnapping me and torturing me?

What does Andreas have to do with my past? I remember Andreas saying he helped his father kill my parents as well as Austin's.

I pull out my recorder that holds all my secrets behind that tape.

"Can we stop somewhere to get some batteries?" I ask Austin.

"Why?" He asks.

"Because I need some batteries, obviously." I reply sarcastically.

"Damn, prison changed you." Austin says. Luke snickers a little next to me.

"Fuck off, Mahone." I spit.

"Okay, okay. You can stop begging I'll stop at a Wal-Mart." He smirks. I don't reply to his playful tone. My own voice plays like continuous loop in my head.

"-you were in a deep depression after you lost - after you lost - after you lost..."

After I lost who? Was it my parents?

"We're here." Austin says. I open the door and walk out to get some fresh air.

Who could I have lost? Who was so close to me that I fell into a deep depression? Who was it?

Was it someone I loved? Did they love me? Was it a family member? Was it my parents? Who was it?

Who was it?

"Double A batteries, Double A batteries." I whisper to myself. I find the batteries and pay for it. I push the batteries into the recorder and I hesitantly press the 'PLAY' button.

AUSTIN'S POV

"What's taking her so long?" Calum asks.

"Just chill out, Cal. She just got back from being Andreas' captive." Luke defends.

"I wonder why Andreas is so adamant about changing her memories." Calum asks. I stiffen.

"Yeah, I mean, she's hot and all, but I don't see why he's so determined." Luke says.

"Don't talk about Becky that way." I growl at Luke.

"I'm just complimenting her. That's all man." Luke says.

"I mean, he must have reason, right?" Calum asks.

"He's just fucked up in the head, Calum. He doesn't need a reason." I say.

"But he must have-"

"Just drop it, Calum. Before I drop your unconscious body in a ditch and leave you to the wolves." I threaten. I see Becky run back to the car but she goes around it and opens my door swiftly.
