(A/N: FILLER CHAPTER)
BECKY'S POV
I step into the ring. Across from me I see Vanessa in her boxing attire that mimics mine.
"Are you ready to get your ass kicked?" She asks. I smile.
As soon as the bell dings Vanessa comes charging at me. Out of reflex I slam my fist straight into face. She drops down without moving. I pull of my gloves and kneel next to her. Blood is gushing from her nose. She let's out a whine and relief overwhelms me.
"I thought I knocked you out." I said.
"You did." She groans. She holds her nose and I cringe, "Always the nose." She moans in pain.
"Alright, alright. Who's next?" Sel asks. The boys all take a step back.
"Come on, guys. I need to spar with someone." I groan as I lean on the ropes.
"I'll go." A new voice enters the room. I turn around to see Dave drop his duffle bag on the ground.
"I don't know, Dave." Austin says, "I mean, we don't want you to get hurt or anything." Austin says. I'm about to praise him until I realize he was directing that sentence to Dave.
"I'm good. Just give me a minute to put my wraps on." He dismisses them.
"Alright." Austin smiles
"Are you crazy, Austin?" I ask him, "I can't spar Dave." I hiss at him.
"You? You'll be all right. Dave? I don't know about him." Austin says. I put my gloves back on and turn around. Dave towers over me. I gulp as the bell rings.
Dave throws a haymaker and I skillful slip out of the way. It may be the adrenaline, but in the middle of that blow; it felt like time slowed down for me. With his arm stretched out from throwing the hit I grab it and turn it until I use his momentum on himself. He flips over and flops to the ground with a loud 'thump'. I step back as soon his other arm tries to grab my ankle.
He gets up with a groan and holds his back. He tries to throw punches, but I dodge one after another.
"Dude. Seriously?" I ask as soon another blow comes I evade it with ease. I can see Dave becoming more and more frustrated. The bell dings; ending the round. I sigh.
"Are you going easy on me because I'm a girl?" I ask him seriously, he huffs out uneven breaths and shakes his head.
"Hey, Austin!" I shout to him, his attention turns to me, "Can I get another person up here?" I ask him.
"You mean to replace Dave?" He asks.
