Mohg, Lord of Blood
—————

Those eyes...

The blood froze in everyone present, all collectively realizing just who was in front of them now. Slowly the eyes began to move, the clacking of heels that should be impossible to hear on soft ground still existing, another anomaly to this person they all were terrified of and yet still revered.

The smoke cleared away as she finally walked through the wreckage, her dress' highlights sparkling bright as her eyes, with the ever dazzling Golden glow they all recognize. As she broke through the smoke, everyone else took a step back, their minds finally catching up to their bodies.

"...I-Iowa..."

There she was, their once greatest hero and friend who now was their worst enemy, right in front of them. She wasn't bothered at all by the flames surrounding her, her eyes scanning over the six Kansen present, before her eyes lingered on the field of corpses behind them.

At that, she smiled just a bit. "Well, congratulations on surviving that horde. It was a phenomenal experiment to see just how effective these things could be."

"An...experiment?" Littorio looked to the field of bodies as well, her fear soon diminishing as her hand gripped her blade tightly. "Those "things" were once people...the people you were sworn to protect!"

"Ah yes, the oath of every Kansen, but so what? Why should I defend those that see me so harshly?"

"They see you that way because you began to kill and slaughter them by the thousands!"

"Then maybe I should go and apologize for my actions then? Hmph, as if they would accept anything less than total annihilation of me and my kind.

"Your...?!" Littorio took a deep breath, her anger replacing all the fear she once had as she drew her blade once more. "Fine, if that's how you see it..."

Littorio's action at least ignited everyone else, as they all raised their riggings and weapons, ready to fight despite their exhaustion and weariness. Iowa, at least for her part, was happy enough to let them prepare, crossing her arms and watching as they all raised their weapons and took deep breaths.

Littorio aimed her cannons towards their foe, everyone else doing the same as the smile on Iowa's face only grew. "FIRE!!"

With a cacophony of cannon fire, the distance covered between them should have been next to instant, too quick for anyone to react...anyone Human that was. Mere feet before impact, every shell they fired simply...stopped, floating there suspended by nothing.

They couldn't believe their eyes at such a feat, that fire of resistance extinguished almost as soon as it came up. What the hell has Iowa become where she's this supernaturally powerful?!

With a wave of her hand, Iowa tossed the shells aside and uncrossed her arms, clenching her fists to crack her fingers. "Now, are we done with this useless fighting, or will you continue to resist?"

Sakawa dashed straight for Iowa, hand on her Ōdachi as she drew her blade to slash clean through her. The blade was stopped before it could make contact, Iowa's Swordspear appearing in hand and blocking the strike near effortlessly.

"I suppose not."

The blade lock held for a second, before Iowa's weapons sparked purple and sent a bolt of electricity through their locked weapons, locking Sakawa up as she was electrocuted badly. With her in such a state, Iowa pulled her blade back and spun it around, striking Sakawa's chin with the shaft and sending her back into the others, paralyzed on the ground.
