The Way I Loved You

Author's Note

As some of you might have guessed from the lack of updates, I am discontinuing my fanfics indefinitely because I no longer have an motivation/ inspiration to write and it's just not fun anymore. Dumping the chapters that I wrote months ago if anybody wants to read. I really looked forward to writing a lot during summer break this year but it can't be helped if things turned out this way. To all those who have read and supported me from the start, thank you for the sweet comments. I hope yall continue supporting the other amazing writers out there like Anon1304 and Claire_ry!

For the ending of this story, I don't think I need to tell yall what happens cos it pretty much just follows the drama.

As for the sequel, it's mostly supposed to be oneshots in chronological order. it starts off with Baekhong taking things slow, allowing Haein's memories to come back one at a time. they go back to work, with Hyunwoo being extra protective over her in case someone tries to take advantage of her lost memories, but soon finds out that he doesn't have to because she still has her sharp wit.

Scenario 1:Seonhwa casually suggests to repaint the walls to something more colourful cos their house is so monochrome. Haein has an emotional breakdown thinking that they repainted the nursery without telling her and Seonhwa finds out about the miscarriage.

Scenario 2: Haein and Seonhwa fight while she's pregnant, Seonhwa nags about how Haein is stubborn and never listens to her about eating healthy for the baby, and that she should listen to her mother. Haein retorts that she hasn't acted like one for majority of her life and breaks down into a hormonal mess. Seonhwa comforts her this time and apologizes for the first time since the surgery and promises to get her whatever she wants to eat as long as she's happy. Haein requests for the ramyeon that she'd secretly made for her once when she was sick as a child while asking her never to let her grandfather know about the sodium.

Scenario 3: hyunwoo is asked why hes so smitten for haein and he says that shes adorable while everyone thinks hes lost his marbleshaein is upset over the gossip she hears that hyunwoo will probably take the chance and leave her now that shes lost her memories. hyunwoo comforts her which triggers a memory in the early days of their marriage when hyunwoo had been a new face in the industry and everyone disrespected him. haein had done the same thing for him then which reassures her that she isnt unworthy of him after all

Scenario 4: hyunwoo and haein fight at work again, he's frustrated that shes being all condescending again like she used to be and turns away so that he doesnt need to be on the receiving end of her sharp glares, but when he catches her reflection in the glass, he realises that she looks sad. he wonders how many times he'd mistaken the look on her face simply because he was overwhelmed by anger

Scenario 5: haein accidentally plugs in the wrong thumbdrive for her meeting and plays hyunwoo's video before the surgery for the entire board of directors because she was too shocked to remove it

Scenario 6: Why they decided to name their daughter Soobin even though the name had been suggested during a difficult time. seonhwa explains that her father had wanted to name haein soobin to match her brother, but she'd insisted on naming her first daughter differently and theyd agreed to name their fourth soobin. but that never happened because she felt like she would be replacing suwan if she had another

As yall can probably tell, I have a lot of random ideas that I wrote in my notes cos I get ideas at the most random times. If anybody wants to take up my ideas and write their own version, feel free to do so. I hope everyone finds peace in spite of the current situation.
