Fallen | Raven Reyes

Ascension.

Murphy, Gwen, Bellamy and unfortunately Pike made their way back to the throne room. Bellamy raised his gun when he seen a conscious Abby. "Wait! She's back, I used the emp."

Murphy glanced at the very brain dead Ontari. "W-well what about her? I thought you said we have one shot with that thing?"

Clarke stood and walked closer to the group. "I told you, Ontari is no longer an option for the flame. She's brain dead. Is the floor secure?"

Gwen nodded. "Jaha and the others are tied up in a bedroom."

"We took out the elevator and the ladder as we climbed. The stairs are collapsed. No one is following us." Pike continued which made Gwen roll her eyes.

"Good then we have time." Gwen snapped her head back to the blonde.

"What we don't have is a way down."

"Time for what?" Murphy and Bellamy said at the same time.

Clarke sighed. "An ascension ceremony."

Gwen furrowed her brows. "Ascension? You just said Ontari wasn't an option. Besides she still chipped and we don't have an emp."

Clarke shook her head at Gwen. "We're not putting the flame in Ontaris head. We're putting it in mine."

Gwen looked at Bellamy. "She's officially lost it."

"Clarke that thing killed Emerson in seconds, liquified his brain."

"Emerson wasn't connected to a nightblood."

Charles furrowed his brow and stepped to the trio. "Transfusion?"

"Not exactly."

Abby who was still sitting on the ground looked up. "Connected like Mount weather."

Clarke turned to face her mother. "Yes. Everything we need is in your med kit."

"No. It's too dangerous and there are too many variables."

"But no options."

Octavia and the rest of the group came rushing in. "Whatever you're doing, you better do it fast." She said as she looked at her brother and the two blondes.

"Why? What happened?"

Brandon looked at them with seriousness. "They're climbing."

Everyone rushed to the balcony and sure enough everyone that was chipped was climbing up the very large tower. And some of them were doing so really fast.

Abby and Clarke went back inside and Gwen sighed heavily as she noticed her father starting to make the climb up. She turned to Brandon and Octavia. "Dream team?"

Brandon smiled. "Always. Especially when we have the savior." He said as he patted Octavia's back.

"Let's go" Octavia said softly as she walked back inside, the duo following close behind her.

"Guys you're running out of time. What's it gonna be? Ravens machine or Harper?" Jaspers voice said threateningly.

Harper's voice was the next to be heard. "Don't give it to him." Followed by the sound of her getting hit.

Monty and Miranda made eye contact before he turned to Raven. "Just keep him talking."

"Stop, there's no reason to hurt her."

"You can stop it. Just open the door." Jasper offered.

Raven scoffed. "And if we do that then what? We get chipped anyway?"
