The knocking on the door grew louder, the closer you were to the front door. "Who is it~?" You ask, as you approached the door and opened it. You stared in surprise when the person you least expected to be at the Sohma estate, was standing right in-front of your house. "Tohru-chan?" You called out in surprise, staring at her in confusion.
"What are you doing here?" You ask, as she beckoned you outside with a smile. "(Name)-chan! It is such a relief to see you!" Tohru said, breathing out a sigh of relief as she gently took a hold of your hand. "Did you need help with something?" You asked once more, as she hesitantly nodded her head.. feeling bad to be bothering you for no reason.
"Well, what's up? I'm always happy to help and hangout with you." You tell her, completely closing your front door behind you as you ventured off deeper into the estate. "You see... someone dear to me, a really good friend of mine... seems to have had a rather meaningful encounter with.... Kureno-san." Tohru hesitantly told you, sighing a little sadly as she looked down at the ground.
"Does she... perhaps like Kureno-chan?" You ask, glancing at Tohru as she hesistantly nodded her head. "However, it seems she hasn't seen him in a while and is distraught at the fact that she'll never see him again... she said she's alright... but she seems to really like him." She rambled on and on, unsure of what to do or who to go to. "I see. Are you here to talk to him for her?"
Tohru nods her head once again, as you hum in response. "A-aren't you going to stop me..?" She asked once again, glancing at you in surprise to your sudden agreement. "Oh, did you think I'd stop you because of the curse?" You ask with a laugh, smiling to yourself. "Yes, I thought you'd tell me it's dangerous or that he's a zodiac member.."
"Nah, i believe all the members of the zodiac family deserve to find true love, and if this is Kureno-chan's chance at that then i'm not gonna be the one to hold him back." You tell her, smiling to yourself as you recall how Yuki and you were in a similar situation.. with Yuki being apart of the zodiac and you being a non zodiac member. "Well, enough with the sappy stuff, lemme take you to his house."
"Oh, thank you so much, (Name)-chan!!" Tohru cheerfully said, her voice laced with happiness as she thanked you over and over again. You glance at her and smile, reaching over to ruffle her hair. "It's the least I could do." You tell her, reaching over to give her hand a small squeeze. The two of you began walking over to Kureno's house until... Tohru bumped into a little girl?
Tohru gasped frantically as the little girl fell to the ground at the collision. However... you were able to identify her.. "Momo-chan?" You call out, crouching down to the floor as you helped her up. "I'm terribly sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going!" Tohru said, apologizing to her profusely as the girl climbed into your arms and you hoisted her up. She leaned her head against your shoulder. "It's okay.. I'm okay."
"Hi there, Momo-chan! What're you doing here?" You softly ask, as she clinged onto you, a warm smile on her face when she faced you. "(Name)-nee!" She said, once again, hugging you tighter and burrying her face in the crook of your neck. Tohru glanced at you curiously, she had a vague idea who Momo was but wondered what your relationship is with her.
Momo Sohma was the younger sister of Momiji Sohma.. however Momo didn't exactly know that. Due to the fact that Momiji's mother didn't want a zodiac child and instead had her memories wiped when she was pregnant with Momo. However, Momiji had always watched the two from afar rather fondly.
"You're friends with Momiji, right? Did you come to see him?" She asked, turning to Tohru and recognizing her from somewhere. "Yes, he's our friend.." Tohru skeptically responded, as Momo asked to be put back on the ground. She hesitantly approached Tohru, taking ahold of her hand. "This way." Momo said, as she began to guide Tohru and you towards Momiji's house. "I'll take you to him."
"I know a secret entrance." Momo cutely said, leading you to a rather large hole in the wall that lead right to Momiji's house. "Wow, I did not know that existed.." You mumbled as the three of you approached the hole. "You get in from here." She said, looking at the two of you before crawling through.
"Momo-chan lead Tohru-chan to Momiji and then come back here alright? I'll take you home." You told Momo right as she finished crawling through the hole, Momo nodded her head obediently. "And Tohru-chan, Momiji will lead you to Kureno-chan's house, so i'll meet you there, is that alright?" You ask, as Tohru nodded her head.
"Alright, i'll wait here." You told them as the Tohru began to climb through the hole as well. You sighed as the two of them made it inside Momiji's house, meanwhile you stretched your limbs awaiting Momo's return while observing the estate and its pretty sceneries. "How pretty."
