You sprawled your limbs across the beige colored sofa of the cabin, you came to. Along with Hatori, Shigure, Kyo, Tohru and of course your precious Yuki. At the thought of his name, Yuki took the seat between you and Shigure, as he carefully kept his eye on that pervert. You, however rested your head on Yuki's shoulder, trying to sit in a more comfortable position.
Hatori and Tohru admired the ginormous lake that could be seen from the balcony window. While Kyo just stared at the floor infront of him. His back facing all of you. "Jason, would probably be around here, wouldn't he?" Shigure started, the thought of a killer bear popping into your mind. Despite Kyo and Shigure arguing about the bear, the air was a tiny bit more tenser than usual.
Shigure was the one who planned the trip, his original plan was to invite Hatori along with Yuki, Kyo and Tohru. You didn't even pop into his head. It was dear old Hatori, who invited you, saying the trip wouldn't be the same if you didn't go. Which explained why you occasionally glaring a few daggers into the back of Shigure's head, your eyes softening when they saw Hatori. This was, what people called favoritism.
"My my (Name)-chan, is it me or are you angry at me?" Shigure asked when he caught you glaring at him. You lifted your head off Yuki's shoulders, turning away from Shigure. "It's probably just you, Gute-chan." You got up, heading towards Tohru. As you ever so gently took her hand into yours. "Shall we go to the lake, Tohru-San?" You asked her, ignoring the guys. Her eyes quickly filled up with excitement as she eagerly nodded her head.
"You two gentlemen, go with them!" Shigure asked, pointing to Kyo and Yuki. Hatori sighed, before sitting down, he had nothing to say to them. Although after a little hesitation, they agreed. As they walked out the door, you lingered for a while longer, your eyes deliberately meeting Hatori's. "Tori-chan.. get some rest, enjoy this so called trip. And don't worry about anything."
It didn't take a genius to figure out why Hatori was dragged here during Kana's wedding. You wanted to comfort him, but you didn't know how. All you could do was, rest your hand on his head, like he did whenever you were hurting or needing comfort. "It'll be okay, Tori-chan."

While Yuki and Kyo walked ahead, you along with Tohru followed behind. The air was tenser than it was in the cabin. And although you didn't mind it, Tohru was drowning in awkwardness. So you did what any normal person would do, and hit the two of them with full force.
Listen you two stubborn block heads, I don't know what happened and why you both are so gloomy, but because of it, Tohru-san is suffering so do something about it!" You nagged on and on, as Tohru who was extremely surprised, developed a weird sense of respect for you. But before either males could speak, Tohru noticed a ginormous footprint.
"I-is that.. Jason's footprint!?" She yelled, as she began panicking, taking a few steps back, bumping into you. And that's when the unstable dirt road underneath you, crumbled. And along with the dirt, you started falling too. "(Name)-san!"
You shut your eyes tight, ready for the impact but it never came. Instead, Yuki had his arm wrapped around your waist, as the other rested at the back of your head. He hovered against your body, afraid that if he transformed, you would really end up falling.
"K-ki-chan!" You mumbled, your feet finally touching solid ground. Your heartbeat sped up, as you took a deep breath. Yuki let go, taking a step back before placing his hand on your cheek. "Are you okay?" He asked, his grey-blue eyes checking for any injuries.
Before you could reply, another person beat you to it. "Stop flirting! It's disgusting!" Kyo yelled, turning around, as he walked to the lake, Tohru quickly following him. Stupid Cat! You ruined the atmosphere!

All you had done was head up stairs, but by the time you had come back downstairs, another whole person was in the cabin. And the second, his golden orbs met yours. His was heading towards you. "Oh my! Sister-in-law! We didn't get to talk last time! How have you been?" He asked a ginormous grin on his face. "Don't call her that!" Yuki yelled, already annoyed.
"Aya-chan! Long time no see!" You smiled, giving him a simple response. He ruffled your hair, extremely excited to see you and to catch up on a lot of things. "I, the best designer you know, have created the best dress for my little sister-in-law!!" He smiled, throwing the word "sister-in-law" every chance he got.
"Is it a wedding dress again?" You deadpanned, memories of the last time he said the same thing, flashing through your head.
"Unfortunately not. Last time, my dear brother was incredibly annoyed. But it's something that would suit you. It'll look perfect on you. Especially since my sister-in-law is so pretty. It's a thank you for taking care of my brother." He smiled, and the last part of his words seemed extremely genuine, you couldn't help but smile.
Yuki, gently grabbed your wrist, not wanting his brothers stupidity to infect you. "We're going on a walk." He declared, dragging you away. Meanwhile, you turned around, one last time. "Thank you, Aya-chan! Let's catch up later!"
☁️☁️☁️
The walk was silent, but not the uncomfortable or awkward kind, the peaceful type. Yuki, eventually stopped and turned towards you, his beautiful orbs meeting yours. You offered him a smile, a little surprised that he suddenly stopped.
He gently tucked a strand of your hair behind your ear before leaning in and pecking your forehead, then your nose, then your two cheeks and finally your lips. Before making eye contact with you once again. Only you couldn't hold his gaze, and quickly looked away, a little shy. Heat rised up your neck, and red blush quickly scattered across your cheeks.
"K-ki-chan! W-what was that?" You asked, deliberately avoided his gaze. When Yuki saw you like this, he couldn't help but softly chuckle, he then said: "you're so cute."
