The tension in the room was heavy and yet light at the same time, it was confusing but also mystical, the nervousness that I didn't know possessed and had been trying my best to suppress was starting to rise once more and somehow I was completely calm, What a weird situation...

Standing next to me was Kunigami and a little behind us stood snow red who just like the both of us, observed the scene before us with caution, there right in front of us were four people who were currently forming a circle and were just about to fight for the position that they wished to hold during the match against team Ӿ.

Those four people were Bachira, that traitor of an Isagi, the mad dog and the weird guy whose hair was white and yet black at the same time, which made it seem as though he came straight from the outerspace or something, this scene was so bizarrely ridiculous that I simply had to try my best not to laugh at them, So much tension just for a rock, paper, scissors match... Boy honestly...

"Rock, paper, scissors!", it all happen in a mere instant after having moved their hands up an down serval times each while crying out the game's slogan, everyone of them shaped their hands into their wished weapon and expectantly most of them had stretched out their index finger as well as their middle finger in order to form the shaping of a scissor, op on seeing who the winner was I naturally couldn't help myself but sigh a little.

It was Yoichi Isagi, since the day where he had occasionally started to help me out so that I could finally regain my full strength I didn't really resent him anymore, I just still couldn't bring myself to trust him like I had done formerly and to be completely honest I would have largely preferred it if Bachira had won.

"Come on dammit! Isagi won?!", obviously just like I had thought the mad dog wasn't all that happy about this, his with rage filled yell had manage to echo all throughout the room, while his head was bent down forwards in what was clearly shame of being defeated by someone who he looked down at.

However, this one didn't seem to mind one bit about his teammate's blunt complaining, since he had quickly directed his sparkling dark blue eyes at his pale thin hand which was still balled into a fist, it was apparently so enticing that he didn't even remark that both Bachira and the alien had let out sighs of surprise and were now looking at him in admiration.

Truth be said, I didn't fully understand how people still use scissors so often when they should be aware that others will most likely use it as well, the best bet would be to start with paper, since it is clearly the safest call and almost nobody uses that to start the bitter battle, for some reason this made me want to compete against him right now since I was pretty good at rock, paper, scissors, Many say it's a game of luck, but I see it as a strategy game where you predict your enemy's movements and counter them!

"So, starting with him we will go around and select our positions.", the guy whose orbs I had never seen since meeting him, spoke up in a monotone voice to inform us of our next course of action, while pointing his index finger at Isagi, which I genuinely found impressive because for whatever reason the creep knew exactly where the dark blue haired boy currently was, with closed eyes.

"I want to be center forward!", surprisingly his masculine voice had managed to say so with such an incredible amount of conviction that it had managed to leave me stunned for a split second.

All of our eyes were attentively directed at the screen where Ego was currently looking down at us from above and yet those googly black eyes of his that were being shielded by his black glasses, no longer managed to send shivers down my spin, since fortunately or unfortunately it was a sight that I had gotten used to by now.
