Finals

It was the final test today and everyone was buzzing, misty was freaking out trying to remember everything. Zoe and Queenie were going over things, Nan calmly sat next to Myrtle talking whilst I stood next to Kyle, tapping my class as we waited impatiently for Cordelia.

10 minutes later Cordelia arrived and came to the drawing in style, she wore a nicely patterned black and cream top with, high-waisted long floaty pants, a black matte high heels. Her blonde hair was down and she wore a smile on her face.

Myrtle stood up, "now my darlings, we shall take you one by into the library where you will be tested on random spells and then be asked a question. After you have finished your examination, you will go to the dining room and remain until the last of you has completed it."
"Zoe, your first, then misty, Queenie, Nan and then grace." Cordelia said and went to the library, followed by myrtle and Zoe.

The room slowly started to empty until it was me and Kyle. My stomach filled with butterflies, and a tense knot. The butterflies' wings were heavy and hurt with every flap of the wing.

"Grace, you are gonna be okay." Kyle whispered, "grace?" I heard Cordelia. Kyle kissed my head and left, I sat for a moment before standing up slowly and heading to the library.

I sat for a while as myrtle told me everything, then I was asked to preform 3 of the seven wonders I found useful, then I was give a series of problems and asked which spells would I use in which situation, and then the final question.

When I had finished I went to the dining room where we sat for an hour questioning ourselves on how we did. After an hour Cordelia and myrtle came in, "we have completed the final examination and we will reveal the results tomorrow morning, you have all done well and deserve a good rest. We will see you bright and early." Cordelia said and smiled before we all headed upstairs.

Kyle pulled me to his room with a smirk and I knew the night would soon be sleepless.
