---
The sunlight filtered softly through the curtains, golden and sleepy, falling on Shivika’s face.
She stirred.
Groaned.
Sat up slowly — blinking.
And froze.
Her eyes swept across the room.
Not hers.
The bed? Not hers.
The faint scent of musk and cedar?
Definitely not hers.
And then—
She looked down.
"WHAT THE—?!"
She yelped, clutching the collar of the oversized black shirt hanging off her body like a poorly kept secret.
"WHERE. AM. I?"
She stumbled out of bed, feet hitting the floor, eyes wide as she scanned every corner of the room.
The wall? Covered in books and old football trophies.
The desk? A tiny photo frame of her holding coffee with whipped cream on her nose.
Her brain screamed.
“This is Siddharth’s room.”
“This is SIDDHARTH’S SHIRT.”
“OH. MY. GOD.”
She whirled around.
"Did we—?"
“No no no no no,” she muttered, panicking, pacing, tripping slightly in the too-long shirt that barely brushed her thighs.
And just then—
The door creaked open.
Siddharth entered.
Hair damp. Wearing a fresh black t-shirt and grey joggers. Looking like the calm after the storm.
Carrying a tray with lemon water, painkillers, and tissues like a full-time nurse to a full-time disaster.
“Morning,” he said gently, placing the tray on the side table.
Shivika blinked.
And then—
“YOU!!”
She lunged at him.
Started hitting him with both her hands, fists bouncing off his chest like dramatic sound effects.
“YOU MONSTER!”
" YOU PERVERT!"
“WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?!”
“YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DRUNK GIRL!”
“I KNEW YOU WERE EVIL—”
“Shivika—listen—”
“I WOKE UP IN YOUR BED IN YOUR SHIRT!”
“THIS IS A COURT CASE!”
“I WILL— I WILL—”
Siddharth groaned, dropped the tray just in time, and caught both her wrists mid-air.
In one swift motion — like muscle memory — he pinned her to the wall.
Both her hands locked above her head.
His body inches away.
And with his free hand?
