Hey everyone,
I wanted to share something honestly from my heart, as I've seen many negative comments. I respect everyone's opinion, but kindly read my message...
When I first started creating Chandini, I wanted her to be bold, fearless, and sassy. But as I kept writing her story with Rudra, she slowly turned into someone more quiet, understanding, and deeply forgiving.
At first, I didn't even notice it. But later I realised—I was pouring a part of myself into her. I'm also someone who forgives easily, who tries to see the good in people, even when they mess up. And maybe, without meaning to, I made Chandini that way too.
But please know, this doesn't mean I support abuse or toxic behaviour. That is not okay, and I would never justify it.
Chandini does fight back in her own way. And Rudra doesn't stay the same—he does grow. Their journey is not perfect, but it's beautiful with their ups and downs.
So I kindly ask—before judging her or their story, please read it till the end. And if you still feel the same, I completely respect that. But I hope you give them both the chance to show who they really are.
I've submitted "Maybe In Another Life" to Wattys 2025, I request you guys to vote and comments as much as you can, share the story. It would mean the world to me. Truly.
Thank you, truly, for reading and feeling with me. 💛
