A groan escaped my lips as a muscle cramp flared on my right foot, waking me up from my extremely comfortable sleep.

Neend me hi nas kyu chadhti hai, yaar.

"Ow! Ow! Ow!" I whispered, in pain as I sat up in one swift move, and extended my hand to reach for my paining foot.

"What the hell!" I whispered, in agony whilst raising my foot a bit.

After a few seconds of putting my foot in random positions, the cramp finally faded away, helping me heave a sigh of relief.

"That wasn't fair, God. That wasn't fair." I mumbled to myself, extending my legs to stretch.

A gust of chilly morning breeze blew around me, sending a shiver tide down my body.

"Thandi! Thandi! Thandi!" I mumbled, covering myself in my blanket quickly.

My gaze then followed the source of the cold wind, and noticed that the balcony's door was slightly open.

Didn't I close it before sleep?

I turned to look for Shubman and found his side of the bed empty.

"Why is he awake so early?" I mumbled, shifting my gaze towards the wall clock.

It was 6:45 in the morning. Even though we're supposed to leave for the hotel at 11, we still have over 4 hours left.

2-2.5 ghante toh aur so sakte hai.

I stifled a yawn whilst my gaze wandered back to the balcony's door.

The white curtain mantling the glass door was fluttering due to the gentle breeze, giving the seraphic early morning sky a chance to be conspicuous through it. Just then, a warm ray of the rising sun emerged through the opened door, descending its way right on my face.

A smile emerged on my lips as I felt the warmth engulfing me.

This is heaven.

For the next few seconds, all I could do was gaze at the peaceful vista infront of me.

As the moments passed, the wind grew intense, fluttering the other curtain as well. The moment it did, my gaze landed on Shubman. He was sitting on a chair, gazing up at the beautiful morning sky. A content expression was bedecking his handsome face.

Well, now that I know where he is, how can I leave him alone?

With a cheeky grin and feeling of my clingiest self awakening, I stretched my arms and stood up from the mattress. I wrapped my blanket around me like a giant cloak and stepped down the mattress.
