It has been over two years since the defeat of the Aeon of Order. Everyone...was at peace. Since there were no more spirits, the AST was disbanded and now spend their lives as normal girls. As for Shido, Vajra, and the other spirits, all of them are enrolled in colleges and are currently living normal lives.
Ratatoskr is still active to this day, but as a normal organization to ensure Tengu City is ok. Ellen had her memories wiped of the war, and Isaac and now lives with Elliot and Karen. The Knave had returned to her home dimension before saying goodbye to everyone.
Mio, unfortunately, has been in a coma ever since Ena's fall. She was still alive but hadn't woken up. Elliot and Ratatoskr are keeping a watchful eye on her in case she wakes up.
During the 2-year timeskip, Vajra had proposed to his girlfriends and they all jumped him...as well as making the apartment a cesspool of lewd noise.
All of the girls in Shido and Vajra's harme still have their spirit powers thanks to Mio still being alive, but rarely use them. Vajra also told Kurumi the White Queen's final words, and she was thankful, finally getting closure for her best friend's death.
Right now, we see Vajra and Mukuro on a date in a cafe. Both of them are eating strawberry cake.
Mukuro: "Mm...this is bliss, Mister. Thank you for taking me out today."
Vajra: "Well, I did make a deal that I would take each of you girls on dates each day. Tomorrow I gotta a date with Tenka."
Mukuro: "Muku is surprised she accepted your proposal."
Vajra: "She said she wanted someone strong to be her 'Betrothed'. Not to mention, a child that has her and my genes..."
Mukuro: "Muku questions her thinking..."
Vajra: "But I find it funny. This is a life I envisioned for a long time..."
Mukuro: "Muku realized something...whatever happened to that Beast spirit?"
Vajra: "The Knave told me that someone else took care of her. I don't think she's dead or anything...I just hope she has some closure to her pain."
Mukuro: "Mmm...
The two stare at each other and lean in for a kiss...when an alarm rings out, interrupting their moment.
Mukuro: "The Spacequake Alarm?!"
Vajra: "But how? There's no more spirits!"
Vajra and Mukuro run out of the cafe as civilians run past them. They see a crack in the sky that gets larger, and a beam of dark energy bursts through and hits the center of the city. The two don their spirit armor and rush to the scene.
Sam: "What's going on now?"
Firefly: 'Vajra, this aura!'
