The First Spatial Quake killed over 150 million people and destroyed a portion of the Eurasian Continent. To this day, nobody knows how they occur, but rather...they're caused by someone, someone not from this world. The AST and DEM are made to comb...
Balladeer: "The Suns of Destruction...have twinned. Feel them set your blood ablaze...YOUR FURY!!!"
Shido, Tohka, and all of the spirits stood face-to-face with the Balladeer one last time. This time, the stakes were immensely high, the Earth itself was breaking apart and only held in place by the Knave's angel and demon king. They have to defeat him here and now. By the looks of it, the Balladeer had stabbed the inverse version of Mukuro's angel into the ground which is what caused the earth to shatter.
Balladeer: "The time has come...to start over..."

The Balladeer uses <Haniel> to copy a strange moon dagger, then uses its power and manifests gray ghostly vestiges of the ten spirits. He charges toward them at blinding speed, shattering the ground behind him as the ranged spirits fire their angels at him but he blocks them while pushing his way to them. Tohka and Tenka rush toward him as Kurumi supports them with her clones. The vestige spirits fly toward the group as the spirits battle them. Each time they destroy one, another one is created in their place, creating an endless wave of enemies.
The Balladeer charges at Shido, Tohka, and Tenka as he battles the three on his own. Tohka and Tenka attack him from both sides but he sprouts Raphael's wings and flies, summoning <Camael> and activating its cannon form, firing a beam of fire that makes all three of them dodge. Shido uses his angel and fires divine light at the Balladeer but he dodges around them and flash steps in front of him. He grabs Shido by the face and slams him with enough force to destroy the ground.

Shido: "GAAH!!!!!"
Balladeer: "This world will be reduced to ashes, and you along with it!"
Tenka flies in and slashes the Balladeer's side, throwing him off Shido.
Tenka: "Get up! The fight's not over yet."
???: "Yes it is."
The Balladeer spins around and throws Shido away with a bash of Camael's halberd.
